VERY disappointed VERY THIN WALLS The move in experience was a nightmare. It took two weeks for management to deep clean the apartment after receiving the keys. They kept saying they cleaned up, come to find out they never did a walk through due to short staffing. In the process they found water damage which further delayed our move in. Affordable but not worth the price This has been the worst apartments I'v lived in by far. Dealt with roaches, broken beer cans all over parking lot, leaking faucets, cracking apartment walls, among many other issues. I moved out and am still being wrongfully charged. Management is not too helpful.

Verified Renter DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!! The place is dangerous, there are constant drug dealers, RUDE Staff, Neighbors, it is ugly and dirty. Laundry rooms are COVID-19 Spreaders! People do not wear Masks (I do). RUN don't WALK the other way, or you will regret it.

Trash It is unfair that the garbage is paid monthly but cannot be properly placed at the door. I go to work early in the morning and come home at 7 pm, but the time to put the trash out at the door is 5 pm. I just throw my money in the trash.
Constant Vehicle Break Ins Your car will eventually be broken into. The parking garage has been broken into 3 times since I have been at the property (6months). The second time they broke into 23 cars, the third time 18 cars, and I cannot remember how many cars the first time was. They usually break more than one window as well. Mine was two windows, but others had windshields etc busted or attempted. I keep nothing of value inside my vehicle and always lock, take, hide. Nothing was in plain sight. DON'T LIVE HERE Do NOT live here. I'm currently going back and forth with management who will not and has yet to provide proof for charges applied to me after moving out. I had to request a breakdown and "proof". The images sent to me do not show any damage done, I have my own images as well. I contacted corporate and was looped back around to the property office who cannot provide me any pictures showing that my carpets were damaged beyond normal wear and tear. Poor maintenance The laundry drier hasn’t worked in two months the manager states no one told her , that’s a complacent response. The lawn and pool looks nice That’s what will catch you . I was warned before I came, I ignored and I have to go through this. Very Poor experience.
