Everything you DON NOT WANT in a complex is here 1. Roaches everywhere. They say you brought them. If you detest them, like I do, AVOID this place. 2. Crime. At least 10 vehicles were broken into in 2 days recently (October 2019) One of the gates was not working the day of the incident Unsafe!! 3. NOISE. If your apartment is on Katy Ranch Rd, garbage trucks come 4 to 5 a.m. and empty the trash bins of the stores across the street. They SLAM down very, very loudly. Terrible apts DO NOT RENT HERE. They didn’t communicate with me what so ever! They just keep telling me they needed more things and just would never call to to tell me I was accepted. IVE NEVER had an apts so unorganized and terrible! Listen to reviews don’t do it!!!
Horrible service horrible management Make sure you document everything, ask for a walk through and force them on it. I called for 2 weeks straight trying to get a scheduled walkthrough, never heard back. Then it took over 2 months to get out deposit that they took half for cleaning even though the place was spotless. But without doing a walkthrough it was he said vs she said. Worst place to move in and out of by far. Horrible customer service
Do not do business with Oak Forest My fiancé and I were residents at Oak Forest and moved out August of 2018. They sent a balance to a collections agency over 1 year later. I received a phone call from the collection agency and was scared and threatened into paying that balance out of fear for my credit. Don’t move there Of the staff name Kimberly is so rude and doesn’t even know anything at all when you ask them questions when they should know the answer . The maintenance people are so slow and doesn’t even do the work right . It took them a while to fix the ac/heater .

THE ABSOLUTE WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY I moved into Estates of Bellaire middle of June 2019, upon moving in my washer did not work, a work order was placed immediately, but the repairs were not completely for 3 weeks. Additionally, not even 2 months after my move-in, an attempted break-in occurred by someone with a key while I was at home. I notified management of this immediately, but no one came to change out the locks until I repeatedly called to get them to change it. Terrible place to live I’ve had rats, roaches, ants, and bedbugs while living here. Don’t live here. Management is very uppity and they take forever to answer maintenance requests.
Getting really bad This apartment has turned terrible. There was hope of the new office staff being more considerate and caring, but that has fallen short, if not worse. The new office staff only offer empty promises and are constantly making excuses. I have been told multiple times that something is handled or "no your package isn't here" and then have gotten notices the next day saying, pick up your package, we can't keep it here!
