Poor management, Dirty property!!! This is not a good place to live. The management cares nothing about the property or residents. A week wait on maintenance requests and that’s mostly if you complain. It may be longer if you just sit and wait. Trash management is a problem. The walkways are pretty much always littered. There is currently did poop that was been collecting in my hallway for a week. I put in a request for it to be removed. I was told by the property they will get to it in order of priority. Charged additional 3 weeks rent after moved out I moved to arbors to try and save some money, but it ended up costing me more in the long run... The office staff is nice, but not a fan of cliff warren investments. Also, quite noisy. Neighbors partying upstairs until 4am each Thursday and most saturdays. Glad I’m done with it. Oh and parking is abysmal. Find somewhere else...

Verified Renter AC was broke like 5 times in one week....water in the main entrace all over because of AC

Mismanaged, Unsafe, and Roaches I have lived here for 5 years, and I used to absolutely love it (hence why I stayed for 5 years), but management has become disorganized and uncommunicative. I used to live here with my boyfriend, but we split a few months back. When he moved out, the office failed to get his keys to the apartment and the mailbox. NOT luxury Please don’t be mislead- this place far from luxury, new- but basically ok. The better part of the staff left, and now they almost have as much turnover as the residents. The one plus is that LCISD a good school district for sure. The current staff deceptive and non-responsive. They barely even answer the phones!

DO NOT LIVE HERE Office staff is never in and when you do see them they are extremely rude. There is no gate so wild animals, such as hogs, will be in front of your apartment in the middle of the night. People drive in this complex to dump their trash since there is no gate. There is also no way to leave the apartment and go left. You have to go down a oneway or wait in traffic to turn around. Sketchy construction workers are always walking around and staring. Worst Service I’ve ever seen!!! 1. Upon my arrival my apartment was filled with flees from the previous renters. Apartment took 2 weeks to respond properly with pest control. 2. Upon my arrival there was hair from the last renter in my drawers. 3. Upon arrival my apartment air conditioning was broken. Apartment maintenance blamed me for 3 months that I didn’t know how to use a thermostat. They finally replaced the air conditioning but broke it during the 3 month period even worse. 4. Unsafe, Unclean and Unattentive Management This property is full of residents who realize quickly that the show unit and pictures aren't what they really got - aside from a high turnover of property managers (we've had 4 in the 4 years I've been here), there are a litany of other terrifying reasons to stay away: 1) Unless you have a reserved space, parking is incredibly hard to come by.
