Do not live here I would give this place negative stars. We lived here for a few years. This was the worst place I've ever lived. Black mold everywhere and they did nothing about it except told me to buy a dehumidifier. The charged an arm and a leg for repairs when I moved out and the management wouldn't respond by phone or e-mail when I kept trying to contact them. They even closed the office during business hours so I wasn't able to stop by to talk to them in person. The management and maintenance person was also VERY nosy... read more

Move Out Experience Everything is good about this apartment community like others have mentioned except following move out experience makes it hard for me to rate it- When you move out, they charge you for cooking Indian food. Reasoning is we received a bill from outlet ozone treatment. We have stayed at five different apartments across mid west and Houston area, have cooked same food throughout but never had any issues after move out. Not A Smoke Free Community First, let me start off with the positive. The initial experience may appear great because it’s a luxury apartment and they are newer. The package concierge system is amazing. Nice walking trail, mailboxes, pools, and overall look of the community. I have had 2 issues with maintenance, but they were fixed. Horrible/worst leasing agent at this community I have lived this apartment complex for 2.5 years and my lease expires early next month. I would have loved to have renewed my lease but just cant handle or deal with leasing agent Tammy. Don't believe any reviews which say she is nice because its not true. This is a question is for BHmanagement company, why would you hire a leasing agent who is so rude ,condescending, negative,unapproachable, zero customer service skills, unfriendly, doesn't want to help with maintenance issues... read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE They are unorganized. Maintenance NEVER fixes anything. The leasing personnel doesn’t communicate with each other. I complained about like leak for 6 months and it’s still not fixed. The office made several excuses for why the issue hasn’t been addressed. They hire bootleg contractors that don’t fix the issue. The apartment doesn’t notify you when someone will be entering your apartment like they stated they will do when I leased. They are VERY unprofessional! Don’t waste your money!!!!!!!!!!

Lazy manager Every new manager that we get here is either really rude or really lazy. This recent manager refuses to do her job to the point that everything is failing and dirty. She uses a leaf blower to clean the floors instead of mopping like previous managers therefore the floor is all black from the dirt. If an emergency occurs in your unit good luck the manager is hardly in the office or if she is she doesn’t really take it serious. The absolute worst! Two months into the contract, our apartment started to flood when it rained. We spoke to the manager and she assured us that they would make repairs to avoid it from happening again. Sure enough, the next time it rained the bedroom flooded again. This time the previous manager had left and the new manager was completely clueless. She initially admitted that no repairs had been done, but quickly changed her story when we mentioned that we would seek legal help if needed. They insisted on "drying" the carpe... read more

Horrible They treat their clients like second class citizens and will trump up charges when you move out just to keep the deposit money. Totally unprofessional! Run away!

Maintenance The maintenance here has a hard time getting anything done, we been living there for four months now and we’ve had a living room ceiling has water damage to it and we called The day we noticed it and now my bathroom ceiling is constantly leaking water and there is no way to get in contact with a 24 hour emergency maintenance service so now I have a wet floor and I’m not happy about it maintenance can’t get anything done and there’s no way to getting in reach with them
