DO NOT RENT HERE Laundry room closed they didn't notify the tenants. I was told it was fixed and when I got home it was still not fixed for another 3 days. My porch has been pooling water for over a year which leaks into the apartment and I am sure has ruined the carpet and caused mold. Sliding glass door doesn't lock and hasn't in over a year. Dishwasher was finally fixed after a year of being broken. They sent me an email at 2pm saying my dog was barking and that they were going to call the police. I have put in work order... read more

4 months no AC I've been here with my children for 4 months begging them to fix my AC. They tell me they are waiting for approval from Alpha-Barnes. I continue to pay rent and buy more fans to live in a hot humid apartment in Texas. I don't have the time to move and they don't care if my kids complain all day about the heat. Why am I paying for a roof over my head when it feels better outside?
AWFUL!!!! Stolen car, break ins etc! DO NOT MOVE HERE! It has been a complete nightmare since day one! Our garbage dispoal broke after a week and FLOODED our kitchen. It took a MONTH to get a new one. The A/C went out in the middle of summer, the pool opened MONTHS after it was suppose to. My family (a 1 year old, my husband and myself who was 8 months pregnant) went swimming in the “open” pool. Exorbitant "convenience" fees I do not recommend this apartment. I lived at this apartment complex for 6 months, during the fall of 2017. Each month we received over a $100 in quote-on-quote convenience fees. Again, a 100 dollars each month in additional fees is quite extreme. The fees were accompanied with the electricity and water charges that we received each month. So in addition to rent, we were charged upwards of an additional 200 dollars each month. Water-boarding The biggest issue with this complex is their policy on utilities. They offer no credible explanation for why the water & sewage bill is consistently over $120 per month!!! Let that sink in. One-hundred, twenty!!! That's insane! No other place charges remotely that much. No way the water should cost more than the electric. I have researched 70 places. Good but.... Can't complain too much free cable and comes with washer and dryer....but noisy noisy noisy every single step from up stairs can be heard like a stomp.
At your own risk This saying is true. It is gated, with holes all over. Pedestrian gates that don't lock. Bedrooms that are freezing cold in winter and hot in summer. Staff that doesn't care until code enforcement or police come out. Dog waste all over. There are some units with 5 to 6 people living in and mgt does nothing. Has changed I’m not really sure what has transpired over the past few months but getting things done has been unreal . I won’t put blame on anyone person but something has to be done . And the manager is about as smart as a box of rocks totally unprofessional and totally ungenuine she has no sympathy for residents needs many residents feel the same but they are fearful of her . I’m glad I’m out and I would never recommend this place to anyone . I’ve received better treatment and low end properties . Unhappy Resident
