Has changed I’m not really sure what has transpired over the past few months but getting things done has been unreal . I won’t put blame on anyone person but something has to be done . And the manager is about as smart as a box of rocks totally unprofessional and totally ungenuine she has no sympathy for residents needs many residents feel the same but they are fearful of her . I’m glad I’m out and I would never recommend this place to anyone . I’ve received better treatment and low end properties . Unhappy Resident
Former Resident Pros: -Open parking spots so visitors and residents can park anywhere -Close proximity so you can walk to a bunch of restaurants, supermarket, etc -Near the PGBT/I-35 highways Cons: -There was a roach infestation when we moved into the apartment. I would set a banana down and bugs would immediately swarm it, it was DISGUSTING! We told the front office and they said they would take care of it as soon as possible. Horrible service Please if you have the opportunity do not ever live at this property, I wish I would have heeded the red flags I noticed reading thee reviews prior to signing the lease. Don’t be like me and regret it later. The management team is inefficient I don’t know whether they just do not communicate with each other or they are ballant liars. Noise Noise. This apartment complex is extremely noisy. Management does litterally nothing but tell me I need to get to know my neighbors and ask them myself to keep it down. Completely dangerous. What a great first impression. Um hey can you keep it down; how do you say it nicely. And the maintenance team is loud. They're outside doing things and those things themselves are loud but then they carry on conversations and can be heard in the apartments. DO NOT APPLY OR CONSIDER LIVING HERE!!! My fiance an I have lived in this complex since January 18th if this year. During our stay we have paid our rent consistently on time or early since our stay. We have had to deal with with MULTIPLE issues since being here. We fell behind ONE month and rather than this entity acknowledging the fact that we have had perfect payment history and in lieu of or rent being late this ONE time...we are being harrassed. Great Apartments but poorly managed! I love my apartment. It has a great layout and I love the view of the courtyard from my patio. But the staff in the leasing office is disrespectful and careless. The property manager has poor communications skills and doesn't care how she talks to or treats the residents. She has an attitude when a resident requests a meeting with her and will not respond to email requests. Don’t live here First of all they took forever to have my apartment ready and instead of saying sorry and compensating me for all the inconvenience they said “ these things happen all the time”. That to me was not okay. Then once the apartment was given to me is was half fixed. Patches of paints. Things were broken. Toilet never works. THe loud sound of the air conditioner when is on. As well as the office loosing my rent money and sending me an eviction notice when it was their fault. Just don’t move in.

Started out good... I lived here about 4 years ago. When my husband and I first moved in, it was great. Relatively quiet, nice neighbors. Everything was good. Then we resigned our lease and the whole thing went downhill fast. A gang-related shooting occurred right outside of our apartment. Our neighbors started leaving their trash outside of our door. Drug dealers moved in across the hall. I got my tires slashed and the mirror on my car busted off. Then a string of shootings and robberies happened in the surrounding neighbor... read more

Horrible Place (October 2017 Review) I don’t know where to start with this place.. the constant bug issue, the refrigerator door falling apart, the pee all over the hallways, the mold in the units (after Harvey), or the toilets no longer flushing..? You choose - & the worst of it is: the ladies in the Leasing Office are nice when you’re “looking & signing” ... but wait until you make that first phone call.
