SWIMMING POOL WAS CLOSE MANY TIMES IN A YEAR ..NEED MORE SIMPLIFIED SYSTEM FOR THOSE MAIL BOX RECEIVED BY OFFICE.. NO MORE OPTION AVAILABLE FOR INTERNET. AND INTERNET COMPNIES PRICE HAS BEEN INCREASE HIGHLY.. THE COMMUNITY AMENITIES WERE WELL-MAINTAINED.MAINTANANCE AND OFFICE STAFF IS GOOD.
Awful Management DO NOT LIVE IN THIS SORRY PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT IMMEDIATELY. Worst complex I have ever lived at. They don’t properly repair issues and then charge you for everything they can think of. The pools are rarely in service and they never answer the phone. I wish I could give negative stars.

The part that... (Verified Renter) The part that is too small was not the maintenance fault I think it comes with the door knob replacement but doesn't fit the inside of the door. We can see the unpainted wood and and a space my pinky finger can fit in. Just needs to match the two above if it's possible to get another one it would look nicer and cover the entire door where it shuts.

Maintenence leaves alot to be desired, takes too long to resolve issues and there are many things such as broken shutters and faded paint that make the place look old and tired on the outside. Going downhill I've lived here for about 5 years and in the last year my car has been broken into twice. Every day people post on the community site about their cars being broken into. So far management has not done a single thing to address this problem or even responded to residents. It is a great area and nice apartments but don't move here if you don't want your car broken into.

do NOT rent here My husband is a Drill Sgt. Leader, and he asked me to let his fellow military comrades know that they should run away from this apartment complex. We had seen bad reviews, but we were told it was new management. They change management every couple of months. They are extremely incompetent. Management Cares Nothing About Their Tenants I have lived in this complex for 4 years mainly because I'm literally 10 minutes away from my job and I am suppose to have covered parking without paying extra. We pay for pest control every month but they only way they come is if you call the offic and tell them to spray by your apartment the next time they come (once every blue moon). Current Tenant AVOID IF YOU CAN! Maintenance is super slow. AND I MEAN THAT in an EXTREME understatement. Nothing that you request to be done before you move in is done as in touch up painting or carpet cleaning. My apartment wasn't even cleaned when I moved in but you can bet they will charge me to clean it when I move out. Poor customer service I give these apartments zero stars. Not because of the current residents or poor maintenance but because of their management. To be more specific, their assistant manager. To live in a luxury apartment complex, paying as much as I do, I at least expect to be treated with a little dignity by the office staff.
