Scam!!!! They will give you hopes and dreams, I paid these people 3500$ and I have Complied back Momentarily with them and I have yet to hear anything from them. I have sent multiple emails As well as phone calls and I haven't heard anything back from them since April 2025. I'm very disappointed now I'm dealing with the irs direct and they have yet to reach out email/text/ phone calls nothing.. Don't consider this company they are a joke.

Don't hire this company! They lie, overcharge and make false promises. They are not the company to contact to help with *** issues. What actually happened in my case, was that I was promised that it would't take long, that I would pay less than the *** wanted, that I would be contacted by a tax accountant and a case manager (I was never called once by anyone). Tax Rise has been a nightmare. Sure the people are nice but nothing has been resolved a year later. My poor mom is in assisted living without the funds from the sale of her house to pay for it. They keep making promises that they can't keep. Research and do it yourself or hire a tax lawyer.

Got scammed out of $500.I asked for a refund and they told me to wait to see what they could do to help. They ws *** to charge me $3500 ro set up a payment plan tbY I can do myself. Now they wont refund my $500. I feel sick.

Do not use this company!! In the beginning they told me based off of my criteria they could settle for me less than half of what I owed to the **** In the end it cost me $4700 to tax rise and all they did was set up a payment plan for the full amount I owed. I tried to get my money back from tax rise and they refused.

Taxrise is a scam! I am so disappointed after waiting two years for them to negotiate my taxes. I didn't get any interest or fees reduced. I ended up owing over ****** to the *** Which almost half of it was interest and penalties. I also had to pay taxrise ***** for there service. I am beyond angry and extremely disappointed!

Do not trust Tax Rise whatsoever!Scammed me out of thousands and didnt upheld not one promise made prior to signing up. They only set me up for a payment plan with no reduction to my amount at all. I gave a certain amount I would be able to pay monthly and they settled for over twice that amount. I was told that backdated fees and interest would be removed and that did not happen.Once my case was settled, no one would explain my situation to me or return my calls. Started with tax rise and they promised to help get rid of my back taxes. The said the fee would be $5000 to do this, i said to save me 20k that would be a good deal. I am currently getting scammed by this company! They literally are charging me right at $300 a month and never lowered my payment at all! I going ti my bank tomorrow to report this as a scam! I will be attempting to get my money back. Do not use them. Yes. They take your bank I formation but they did not have my permission to give it to any other companies. They con you into this information! They need to be sued!
