If there was a space for Zero stars, Tax Rise would have been selected. It has been going on over two years now and my tax situation has not been resolved. It was only until recently, I found out that I have not spoken to a real tax professional, but trained assistants who relay the conversations back to the tax professionals, I guess. I contacted tax rise in September and at first they seemed very helpful and responsive. Since the beginning of October they have become virtually impossible to contact and still haven't filled my trades. I am single, no dependants, easy form. They haven't done ANYTHING with my taxes. I'm getting letters and all they say is " don't worry". They are collecting money from me monthly. If like to break the contract and try other options.

While the customer service when calling is is very helpful, the communication need tremendous work. Specifically, they needed more documents than I provided and when they did finally reach out asking me to call them, when I called no one could find out what it was that I needed to do which caused me to be levied by the ***. Taxrise is a great name for this company because that is what will happen. The amount you owe will rise. I wasted so much time on this, and in the end, I owe more, plus I had to pay these thieves. I am not sure who the bigger thieves are, the *** or Taxrise. I went from owing about 15K to over 24K with their "Settlement," and they claim they got a deal for me. Don't waste your time or your money with this company!
