I was told that my payment with the *** would be less than what I was paying before.But it is not I dont think its fair for me to pay that amount to the ****** the only one paying for the amount that you have told me and that is very unfair and I told that to the gentlemen, I talked to on the phone

If my husband and I could tax rise less than 1 star, we would! It seemed like it was going well, but as soon as they got their money, things changed dramatically. Unable to access our portal. Sometimes, when I went back into my messages I was able to use the link they included in the messages they sent to us. Humans are non-existent at their offices. You leave emails through their requested link for communication. They issue you a number, but NEVER respond!We were never updated on any progress they were making, if any! They ... read more

Tax rise frauded me into believing that they would lower my back taxes to the **** and/or my monthly payment agreement I already had with the ***. MY agreement with *** is still the same and my total raxes due to the *** is unchanged. They didn't due anything now I'm stuck with ****** a month for 36 months for service cjarge which they didn't do anything.

I am not satisfied with how they are managing my account!Can't get a human to call me back.They have been lousy at adding all necessary responses to my file.

THE ABSOLUTE .W O R S T client service in 60 years.I have ever dealt with!!!!. They DO NOT PICK UP CALLS!! Worse than trying to get a person at a busy government agency. ******** mistake to hand this company $5000+ and cannot get ANYONE TO EVEN PICK UP. BEEN ON HOLD FOR HOURS OVER SEVERAL DAYS. What a nightmare.

This company basically took 4k ftom me. Lied from the beginning and if I hadn't of called I wouldn't have known just how much they lied. I've requested a refund and still have not heard from the financial department The whole point of paying this company was for tax relief and I got nothing!

After a call with a representative of this company I agreed to a $500 deposit. After getting off the phone i did further review of this company and discovered the 221 complaints on this site about the company at that time and cancelled less than 24 hours after agreeing to use them. It has been an aggravating process to receive a refund and I still dont' have it. I have cancer and have more important things to deal with than this company. I need my deposit back now.

I had so much hope after speaking with tax rise in the beginning they were so kind (to lure me In) so they told me I had to pay $8000 upfront to have a resolution on my back unpaid taxes. They assured me they could do it and I sent them all the paperwork needed that part was fine once my taxes were filed they told me I had to wait for the solution and it would be in December of 2024. Please never do business with this company. Call the *** directly I was given a rosey picture at the beginning of the process and $4,173.00 later.. still in a repayment status with the ***. Shame on me for believing that this company would stand by their word. Because of fear I thought this company would help. PLEASE!!! Speak with the *** first before trusting a company to represent your concerns and needs.
