She was very rude and did Not turn in the necessary documents to get my Offer and Compromise granted so they reject it their company now trying to say it's my fault that I didn't turn in the Offer and Compromise in a timely manner which is not true. If you want to use tax rise be prepared to wait on hold a very long time after the robot gives you the wrong info you are looking for. The robot told me they will send an e mail with instructions to get on my portal which was telling me I don't have an account with them when I tried to log on. I finally got a human to speak to after being on hold for 43 minutes who told me I no longer have a portal because my account was closed when I signed all documents though I am still their client. Promises with no action what so ever the first month with the. Didnt protect me from liens , extra penalties, or stop existing irs agreement i had with the ***. Nothing but false promises for 7000 which im dispiting with my credit card company

Tax rise frauded me into believing that they would lower my back taxes to the **** and/or my monthly payment agreement I already had with the ***. MY agreement with *** is still the same and my total raxes due to the *** is unchanged. They didn't due anything now I'm stuck with ****** a month for 36 months for service cjarge which they didn't do anything.

THE ABSOLUTE .W O R S T client service in 60 years.I have ever dealt with!!!!. They DO NOT PICK UP CALLS!! Worse than trying to get a person at a busy government agency. ******** mistake to hand this company $5000+ and cannot get ANYONE TO EVEN PICK UP. BEEN ON HOLD FOR HOURS OVER SEVERAL DAYS.
