This is LONG but honest:This company took advantage of my husband and I, in extremely desperate circumstances beginning in August 2023, to current. They misrepresented their abilities to aid our situation with both our state and federal tax debt. stay far far away this company did not do any thing for me
I was lied to in short story, then they would not drop the case when united said they would (the insane fee). They put in place a loan agreement I already had in place for more money. Took so long now its costing more, all this after I begged them, I lost my job, got ill, have medical records, the three reps were very rude, this is just the beginning. Who can I speak to about a class action law suite? I know Im not the first.

I would like to retract my GOOD review about Tax Rise. They are the Worst tax resolution firm. I would not do business with them. They just take your money and do nothing. They actually made it worse.
After calling this company numerous times by phone,emails and text messages during a time span I was given to cancel with their service I received only replies back with a case number that someone would be calling me back. It never happened.

I have decided that I do not want the service of Taxrise, after reviewing many complaints. It makes me question whether they are really a legitimate company or fraudulent. I have asked for a refund and also to have my case closed. They claim that my case is now closed, but it is still showing that I owe a balance.
