I contacted your service to stop wage garnishment and tax Lien and to advocate on my behalf for a reasonable settlement. To this day after paying a substantial fee I was still garnished and funds were removed from my bank account. I had to call and advocate for myself. I was lied to and my case was not a priority. To this date I am still being contacted by the *********************

I believe I talked with your agent about my tax problem. She went thru the program. I paid you 350 to do a background check. I then talked with your agent about the next steps. After talking to ****** I believe. We setup a program. After 2 hours of consideration I called her and canceled the program. 30 days or so later you called me to setup the program thru your agent. Horrible customer service. No help at all. I been trying to figure something on my own for months and the only thing this company tells me is sends me emails that are automatic that I need to upload documents and when I call to ask for help they act like I know everything and it should be easy

i feel i was tricked into it, once in i had to continue or lose money, i never get emails back.

I am going to be totally honest. I have had second thoughts about my choice with Tax Rise. I am questioning their business practices. I submitted my tax information on 6/21/24 and was told it should take 1 to 2 weeks. I didnt hear anything until today 7/16/24-almost a month later. I was told my taxes were being audited to insure accuracy. I would have appreciated follow up on this process and without my having to chase down the Agents who had no problem making calls to me to offer these costly services. Absolutely horrible! Huge turnover, nothing they say is ever followed up on. I have been signed up for 6 months and have already made multiple payments and nothing has happened on there end. I have had 4 different case managers none of which knows whats going on. Definitely not what I was told, lied at the point of original sale and then I couldnt get in contact with my rep after two weeks. Just bad business overall. Find a better company. Dont use them!!!

They are a legitimate company, eventually always got back to me, lowered my tax bill by about $2000, and got a payment plan for me with the **** BUT on my very first phone call with them I revealed all my financial details and said I wasn't interested in a payment plan, only if I could be eligible for getting CNC (Currently Non Collectible) status, which I was assured I'd be eligible for. Absolutely horrible experience. Taxrise charged me $6200 for their services and did not get any change in my tax debt. So basically now I just added $6200 to my tax debt. I have to make a 270 per month payment on the taxrise service and now another 450 per month to the **** They had me give them $250 for the investigation fee and then after they got that part done, I was told by Taxrise that my *** debt would go from $25,000 down to $10,000. This company is the biggest scam. I went to them to resolve money I owed in taxes FIVE YEARS AGO and they still havent resolved the initial issue. Documents requested multiple times have been provided and still no resolution. The company should be shut down. They collect people who are already in a financial hardship and promise to help but the reality is they just keep you for future tax filings. They cannot keep employees and have zero structure.
