They called me and told me there was important information about my account it was urgent to call him back, I call him back it says 0 wait time I wait for 20 minutes nobody comes on the line I call back they said 0 wait time I wait for another ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************ two neither one of them work this place is a joke

These people took $500 from me and they didnt resolve anything. They tried to make get a 3100 loan. They dont explain all the details in the beginning. I been calling these people since last week about my refund and they keep giving me the run around. I advise no one not to fool with this company. They are not going to do anything for you. Its best to make a payment plan yourself with ***.

I have hired Tax Rise in April ************************************ which previous installment was high. The sales guy from Tax Rise told me that they would help me lower my tax debt. I gave them my full financial profile and paystubs etc. I met with the sales guy for 3 hours and he said due to financial hardship that the solution they would give me was non-collections. I had to pay a $500 initial fee after which I was in contact with a ***** *****. I canceled my account with ********************** but I was still billed. When I reached out to them I was told someone will call me but no has contacted me. I will now have to pay the bank for a stop payment so I am not billed again. Tax Rise needs to improve on its cancelation process.

Paid a total of $7,000 for a promise to decrease a lot of my IRS debt and Taxrise didnt do anything but take my money. My debt amount is still the same with a payment plan of $408 a month which I did my own plan before I reached out to them and it was $422 a month which I couldnt afford so I reached out to them for help. Huge mistake on my part. They told me I was approved for the hardship program then when I paid my balance of $6,300 off they called almost 2 weeks later and said I wasnt approved. This is a scam do not use this company. They will take your money and do nothing for you. They put me on a payment plan with the *** which I was already on before asking them for support. Company has bad communication skills. Your better off talking to the *** yourself. An *** representative told me that on the b phone. After speaking with several other companies that's familiar with this business and the *** I was told I was scammed. I'm very disappointed.

I was trying to deal with a large tax issue. TaxRise was not able to decrease my tax debt in any way. TaxRise led me to believe that they could stop the penalties and interest on my tax debt. Because of this, I paid them $2300 to provide a payment plan and to stop all penalties and interest. I then found out that was incorrect. The *** was still charging penalties and interest. I signed up to TaxRise in 2022, it is now 2025, no resolution has been made. I have experienced extremely long hold times, unaware case managers and additional fees. My case was neglected, I was continuously told we are waiting on the *** to respond. ***** ****** was my case manager, who was harder to reach than the ****** TaxRise has added an amount of stress to my life I cannot start to comprehend. I wouldn't advise using TaxRise
