Services not provided and loan processed for payment. Tax Rise customer service that they would not be able to provide service but have done nothing to contact ************************************** to stop payments and refund amount already paid.

Do not trust the 5 stars. Tax rise only gives a c*** about people they can get the ***** from...Clearly, they see how much they can get from you to help you with your tax bill by looking at your taxes/income. Since I am not worthy, aka unfortunately, I am POOR...then they do not care and will gladly take 500 from you just to look into your taxes and then basically forget about you, when you are not worth sh*t...to them. They said they would help me.They told me that I didn't have to pay anything.And then I got a letter from the *** saying, I owe $7,300.They didn't help me do anything they didn't protect me.They won't answer their phones.They say their office hours are from 8am to 5 pm.Monday through friday.I called at 10am in the morning, and the office was closed.That tells me their scam ********* not go with this company.They will f*** you over

Seems like a ************* however I canceled before any investigation occurred and no services were rendered. Your company did not disclose a non-refundable policy prior to taking my payment. I am requesting a full refund immediately. Also been told I need to wait and someone would return my call while nobody has.
Called the company, was told they could file my back taxes and could go in to a resolution even though the amount I owed was not as large as most. Called many times during the course of 7 months, never getting any answers about the resolution. Finally found out the taxes were filed but now they tell me they are done with what they can do. Charges an outrageous amount of $ to only file taxes. Never filed all the years I submitted & never went in to a resolution of reduced taxes owed. Do not ever recommend!

Did not deliver as promised. We were charged $5,000 just to be put on a payment plan with ***. No reduction of debt whatsoever! We could have done this ourselves. Tax Rise is misleading in their statements. No customer service or follow-up. Should have never used this company. They take advantage of people's debt with *** to only compound this debt. They should be investigated

I gave these people close to $9000.00 to help me with a tax bill of almost 50K. THEY DID NOTHING BUT GET ME A 10yr LOAN FROM THE *** TO INCLUDE INTEREST AND PENALTIES. They did nothing and basically told me I should be grateful for them getting me this 10yr loan. I want my money back...I could have done this on my own. What they saw is a 70yr old woman they could take advantage of.They sold me a package and told me that they could probably get my bill down to almost nothing. THAT'S WHAT THEY SAID!!!!
