For the past 2 to 3 months, I've contacted TaxRise and they provided insight on helping me with my Tax Debt Relief. I was under impression they will be assisting and keeping me update on everything, but I feel I've been hit with the run-around.. 1st they ask for a starting fee to get the process going ensuring I qualify for debt relief.. 2nd then forced me to signed with ************************* Services to make a 36 months payment with no interest with IRS which I still to this day IRS has not received any payments. 3rd th... read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ************ is nothing more than a scam, when they contact you they promise to reduce and help out with what you owe. they lock you in by charging you a retainer fee of $500.00. then weeks later they say they have a plan but now the remainder needs to be paid in the sum of an other $1700.00 or they can not proceed. and they only thing they do is set up the same plan which the *** would do for you. they do not get any amount reduced. they just scam you in to givi... read more
Disappointed, not what was promised up front. Long arduous process and I spent $7k and didnt have any forgiveness
I was led to believe they would help me with my tax situation. They failed to mention that I had to pay a total of $500 prior to them doing any sort of work on my behalf. I had made a deposit of $125, when I realized that was not enough to get us started, I requested my money back. They have failed to communicate with me refund my money or provide any services. This company still advertises they can help you as part of the *** Fresh Start Program. The Fresh Start program DOES NOT EXIST any longer. So they lie about that. I had been a client for almost a year. They never inform you that they won't do any work on your case until you reach 60% payment of the agreed upon fees. DO NOT use Tax Rise unless you have time and money to waste. My journey began in April 2023 with wonderful supportive phone conversations with ***********************************. I hired them to help with my state and federal taxes. Took time to get everything together and finally got my payments for R.E.D done. I always have asked during each conversation if the services I am receiving were for state and federal and was assured every time that it was. Well, they dropped the entire ball.
