I needed some assistance and contacted Taxrise, I saw an advertisement on my ******** feed. If I could have left 0 stars I would have. The initial intake was great. *** tells me after giving him all my debt info that they can not only get my *** debt lowered, it would probably be completely gone. So I pay the initial $500 then they talk me in order to get everything completed their fees are over $2000. I obviously dont have that money, but lo and behold, I can take out a loan and continue! So I have now incurred more debt for this pipe dream of owing little to nothing to the *** for a simple error. I wait 4 months ... read more
I was going to use them to help me but first when asked to email me the agreement paperwork that never happened. Tried calling b/c C.F told me to call or text him anytime I had questions and that wasnt true either. I called to cancel the process because of my experience. Was told my 500$ would be turned to my card and its been over a week and the 500$ has not yet been returned.

I paid a $500 fee when I was in talks to getting help from them. Initially, the employee told me that the monthly payment was going to be around $1,000. So I signed documents, then a few days later he said the payments were going to be around $2,000. I told him to not move forward, I dont want to continue. Now Tax Rise cancelled it on their end and said I still have to pay their billing department $10,000. I guess Im not the first ****** this happened to so Im going to move forward with a lawyer if they do not terminate.

Lost some of my payments , I had to help them Recover then , Im paying for tax help not to do someones bookkeeping, they will not respond irs in a timely matter . If you miss a payment they want response at all to them so the money is more important than your case , they do not value you , when you call on you speak to a new person every single time , when youre dealing with a seven figure Tax bill you need one person that understands everything thats going on having to call and explain your situation over and over.
