I started my journey with tax rise on June 1st. Paid the $500 for the consult & found out after about a week that I was no approved for an offer in compromise. Tax rise offered to help me make payment arrangements with the *** at the cost of $5k+. I'm in a financial bind but they're asking for $5k to do something i can do myself for free. Scammers. They have taken my money and have done NOTHING to resolve my tax issues. Had a scheduled appointment to go over my case, the person called 30 minutes late. Again with **** excuses as to why nothing has been done.

Terrible experience. I canceled thier services within 24 hours and asked for my $ back on May 27th. I shouldve counted how many x's I had to call them and the amount of tome wasted. I still haven't received my $. It was impossible to reach anyone once I canceled so I called them from a different phone nmbr and they picked right up. We paid Tax Rise $4,800 for tax relief and got absolutely nothing close to what was discussed. We explained from the beginning that we could NOT afford monthly payments to the ***. Park specifically told us our financial situation would prove hardship if we stayed under $9k a month and that the tax debt would eventually expire in 2031. Lies lies lies!!! Don't do it. When I first reached out to them, they sounded very promising and that they would negotiate with *** to bring my debt down. They only had to file one tax year for us and it was ridiculous the amount we had to pay back. I had to pay someone else to amend it. Also they did not negotiate in taking away the late fees the penalties nothing. They just set up a payment plan for you and you have to pay back every single dollar. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I paid $11,000 back in February for my business taxes to be filed. This is the end of May, nothing has been filed. Im late on business decisions because I need year 2025 taxes to move forward. I want a refund this was a waste of time, the *** is still contacting me. Tried to get tax rise to give me some information about my taxes in 24 they said that I owed a bunch of money and that they would help me get my taxes down from like $40,000 down to $8,000 and I agreed with that and all the sudden I get a loan company with a loan for $8,000 that tax rise took out in my name it's just a big scam don't use them unless you want to lose your money and still pay *** now I'm stuck with two bills

Called and had to leave a voicemail msg today as it seems that some otters online have complained when their taxes owed is only in the $5000 range. Trying to cancel the $1700 loan that was taken out plus cancel the service because adding $1700 more to what is owed the *** makes it too daunting for my budget. Thought this was the right way to go but talked it over with family and they do not understand why the charges to help a person are so much. Im disabled and just doesnt help my situation
