I should've known better... after taking my "initial payment " of $400, they ghosted me. I have left 6 text/voice mails, 2 of those canceling my case and I still haven't heard a word. I have now decided to go with another firm, the one that called me immediately after I submitted my phone number. After giving them my bank account number (that they demanded) - (never again), I had to close that account number and open a new one.When you see ********************** - KEEP ON SCROLLING!

Do not trust them. Its a SCAM. I talked with tax rose and was told they could help with my IRS debt. They said it would be $375 dollars to do so and take several weeks. The following day I got a call from them demanding 3k . I refused . They became increasingly threatening/ aggressive and hostile. Several different managers got on the phone and began to harass me . After hearing about Tax Rise service offering and I repeatedly declined, I received a direct call the very next day from another lender who mentioned my address and other personal information were shared to them by a company they work with. Complete Scam! The positive reviews were most likely written before ANY resolution for a tax issue was resolved. These scammers took 500 dollars from me AFTER saying they could help then told me to just keep doing what I was doing! What?! Now Im out 500 and no better off for it.
Awful. Misleading and lies. Start it corresponding with Analyst and resolution officer *** march 2023. They call me today **** with a redetermined resolution of denial. I was told that I would pay lest or nothing. The resolution offered is twice the amount I started with not including 150 plus **** they charge to do none of what was promised. Lower balance or a balance at all. I got neither.
I hired this company approximately 3 years ago to get tax debt relief and I ended up paying $5k to end up with a **** $18k tax lien against me. Wow...true, I do not have them calling any longer and I am not paying any $$, however, I am having issues with getting a house.
Do not believe their good reviews they ask you to leave a review before the final decisions.******** told me that they can lower my taxes since it was my first time being late on my taxes which was a total lie and I fell for it. They charged me 6k for letting me know that how much I owe to IRS.
*********************. You will not get anything done. **** are fast in taking your money but will not give you any response when you have a question about moving your resolution forward. I have never spoken to my RED SPECIALIST nor have I gotten any solid answers from their call reps. **** said I will give a call back, the supervisor or their specialist will call back. Nothing!
This company is a complete rip off...they knew I was on disability and said they could lower my tax debt to IRS..I got a **** dollar loan through tax rise and all they did was lowered monthly payments to IRS I could of done that myself. Anyways I ended up not only paying IRS ****** dollars but also the **** I owed for loan . This is a complete rip off.
