We started off well but the experience did not end well.It appears Taxrise never actually submitted my final paperwork regarding my settlement with the ****Now I have to redo the entire process AND pay another company to represent me. My $4,000.00 paid to Taxrise is gone and I have nothing to show for it except more interest and penalties owed to the ****

At first it was great, I was receiving consistent progress updates. However, for the past year Ive been getting inconsistent information and its taking multiple calls to get an update. My case is dragging on now for 3 years and at then of every year Ive been told more info is needed after being told months before that they have everything. Its very frustrating.

These reviews are fake! I saw how scammy this company was so I immediately canceled my relationship with them . Now Ive been waiting 2 weeks for a refund which they have refused to give me unless I issue them a bank statement! This is a scammy company with fake reviews trying to steal your money .

I am somewhat concerned about my case I've been paying since November 2023 and fail to see promising results

These people say Im talking to handles my case when I fact Im not had me upload all my files didnt bother uploading to my paperwork was to communicate with irs by certain date didnt do that now Im in worse trouble with irs than before and now being passed around the whole office and am told I cant speak to the one whos actually doing my taxes Ive paid them close to a thousand dollars now and they have done nothing I hired them to do they said they have a resolution for me but has yet to contact IRS on my behalf

Promises made never kept told me they were going to settle for $500. They did nothing of the sort. There was a lot of miscommunication and loss of paperwork on their part had to re-submit documents many times did not get callbacks when promised I was not happy with the service at all. I would not recommend these people to anyone..

This company keeps robo calling me on different 949 area code. I asked to be put on a do not call list. They asked if I filled out a form, and I told them no, I did not. A call was coming in as I was asking to be put on the do not call list. I hope they listen this time.

I paid the initial fee and started making $450 payments per month made 4 payments and the had a work accident which put me out of work for the next 6 months to a year.So I called them and told them that I would not be able to continue there services.. do you know what they reply was too bad so sad no refunds! So they made a quick 1400 bucks off me I will throw them under the bus. Any chance I get

Taxrise promised my assets would not be at risk of lien or seizure from IRS under their protection, that was a LIE. They promised to negotiate a ****************** free payment plan with IRS, that was a LIE. These people charged me $10,000 and did nothing but file my taxes. Strictly false promises and terrible customer service(especially once they got my money). Steer Clear!
