They took my money and never helped me. Tried getting my money back and they wanted to close my account, which they did, and I got no money. Back. They did nothing and now I'm still dealing with the same issue. The perception they left me with was not good. I just wanted my money back so I could go somewhere else to get help.
This company scammed me into signing up. In the end, I now owe more than I did before hiring them.Initial screening: They say the call is being recorded, but I don't think it is. Please be careful on this company as soon as they get money, they don't care anymore.I am not happy with them. They don't do what they tell me they're going to do.
I wouldnt even **** them one star. This company is a fraud. They filed my taxes late without any of my business expenses didn't ask me for any extra information for my business expenses. So I filed a complaint with bbb, and tax rise answered with offering to pay the almost 2000 they caused me in late fees only if I withdrew my complaint. Instead of doing the right thing. tax rise scammed me out of money based off misrepresentation of the services they would provide me. they took $366.00 from me then told me that I had to open a $5100 loan at $400 a month in order for them to assist me with my tax problems.

I was hung up onhe said I was being mean. What a complete softie. I did nothing to this man for him to hang up on me. I wanted to cancel because I read the reviews of people who are working hard just to get by and do things the right way and still get ducked in the bass. What a ****. Told us they were going to do all of this negotiating on the call, and after we paid and waited months for a resolution, the only way we knew that anything was done was a notice from the *** staring we entered into a payment plan- FOR THE FULL AMOUNT. We had no say at that point, so we paid them thousands to do what we could have simply done ourselves in about 30 minutes on the phone with the ***. Now we are paying a huge amount to the *** AND the loan for their terrible service. STAY AWAY.

I am a customer, but they lack communication. And they didn't even qualify my financial issues before they submitted my plan . Absolutely the worst! Everything from being on hold with their phone system all the way to the case managers. Their communication is absolutely horrible and have been trying to work with them to resolve an IRS issue with ZERO results. They claim to have a A+ rating with the BBB, but based on my claims and files, they have done NOTHING but take my money. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone who is dealing with an *** issue.
