This company has done nothing but give us 3 tax documents completely wrong. When U asked for a refund I was told NO. I still have not recrived out taxes after a year and $3700. DO NOT DO IT.

Not worth the money that they charge. I was told at the beginning that as soon as I start working with them, they would immediately let the *** and ************************ know so they would stop sending notices. Well that didnt happen. i called and hired tax rise to take care of my tax situation did ok-ish but now they *** not answer my emails or return calls trying to find out where they are at in finishing the state taxes.

I see all these success stories all over their website. But for me it is the complete opposite. Been over a year still no resolution, and its nearly impossible to contact someone. I have had at least 4 different "case managers" during this time.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! LOOK FOR THE BAD REVIEWS! I fell half way with this SCAM! Lost 500 dollars! I wish my husband stopped me! I was only doing what I thought was best for tax relief only to be SCAMMED! The phone call after "the lawyers did their thing" he said I have to make payments. The first phone call they said that I wouldn't have to pay anything except the 500! 500 to his wallet I'm sure! I hope the scammers get screwed! I want my 500 back! Took a chunk out of my finances for NOTHING!

I am trying to figure out how I entered the *** website to question taxes owed on my income tax return and then suddenly started receiving emails from this company.I never contacted these people, have no idea who they are and still trying to figure out how they got into the *** data base. This company is a rip off, they did nothing for me.Additionally, they never make their appointments you arrange with them. They tell you one thing to get you to spend your money on their service and once they have your money all communication stops. They made promises they dont keep, but its a bait and switch kind of operation. I could have used the funds I paid them to pay down my balance.
