This company stole 500 from me said of I paid the 500 it would go towards my taxes said everything to make it sound good you'll qualify for the program but never once warned if I didn't qualify for the program I would get my ****************************************************************** my opinion that's a lot of money to give up for nothing

Horrible experience. Manipulative, misinformed, lied to. Definitely looking to get some sort of resolution or take this to court. They switched the whole contract out of my name and put it in my wife's name without her knowing it. And then we got hit with two hard inquiries. Good luck getting anybody to email or call you back if you have questions. I guess they don't think your situation is time sensitive. It's almost like you pay to get their services, you shell out the money and it feels like they are like ( thanks for the money, good luck. Never again! I am better with dealing with the ***. They pretty much put me more in debt. They made it seem all nice and wonderful from the beginning. But now Im just 7800 dollars more in debt than I already was. They called it a resolution but absolutely nothing was resolved.

Worst experience of my life. During the process in which we had already signed up for this service, we had a garnishment placed on us by the state and a levy placed against us by the ***. Inexcusable and unacceptable that this happened. They did nothing but give us a run around on every call. I beg you all not to be naive and sign up for this service. I should've gone with my gut feelings, and I did not. I don't want anyone else to experience what we went through with this company.

I contacted Taxrise several months ago to resolve my issues with the **** I paid $317 dollars at the initial consultation. However, during my resolution conference with ***** ********, he informed me that there was nothing that could since my payment plan was set up 2 or 3 months ago which is not true.
