I am very dissatisfied with this company. As of right now I've been on hold for 40min. Every time I pick the option of a call back, I get call right before they close and my phone doesn't recognize the number so it doesn't go through. I log in and I can pick any box except messaging. I've been trying to get them to fix two simple things and every time they send the documents it's the same errors, but when I do get a hold of someone the errors are fixed. Drug out our resolution for two years. Negotiated a higher monthly payment. In the meantime received a tax levy and lien. Worst case scenarios. They told me they couldnt do that while we were negotiating. Worst case scenarios happened and then they stopped responding. Run for the hills.
After about a year working with them, my tax situation got put into CNC status , which helps short term , is not a full resolution on my tax situation, when I could have done that myself and saved thousands of dollars. I hear nothing but bad things about this company and *******************

Do not use their services!!! They told me from the start that i qualified for their lrogram. They require $500 fee just to look at your case. They did not even look at my case until the day they set up my phone call to go over it. I spent a lot of time on hold, just for them to tell me what I was doing (paying high interest rates), was the best solution they could come up with.

Absolutely the WORST for tax resolution!! They do not follow up when something is needed and they will not answer the phone when I call! I had to call from other peoples phones to get through to them and my taxes were supposed to be filed before the end of the 2025 extension and they werent. They slept on it. My installment agreement with the *** was suspended and I worry I will have a lien put on my house because of all of this. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!

The 25 of November I signed on with tax rise started with 500 deposit days later needed an extra 1000. Was said to have paperwork sent out it never came. Mid January I began calling inquiring about the process, being told nothing has happened still in process. Decided i didnt want the service. I have already paid 2000 to a third party called Monterey. I was willing to accept this lost yet they are telling me I cant cancel service which I havent received! (And I mean nothing has been done, in their words my case is still new)... read more
This company is a SCAM like the others are saying. They are going to try and make it look like they are helping you but in reality they are just trying to find ********** individuals that are desperate. They said they were going to "negotiate" my settlement over several months but the guy slipped up and said that my new payment plan was guaranteed. It is a scam. Don't use them. They initially said my only cost would be $500. So I paid that trusting they were a legit *** related organization. Turns out it is a big money-making scam. After two weeks of working with them, it then turned into the only way I could get their support to save money with the *** was to pay them $7,000. So $7,500 before you can even find out if they are legit, so don't pay $7,500 to get scammed. I avoided the $7,500 and got scammed for $500.
