Don't use this company! They are a scam! They scammed me $350 and told me that I will not pay anything to IRS. The guy who called me, ***, put me on hold that they were reviewing my case internally and when he came back, he told me that I will only pay $350 for their service. I paid it, and after a week, *** came back, telling me that I qualify for the Partial Payment Installment Agreement, only to talk to his financial expert, who came back with stories that I qualify for the Streamlined Installment Agreement! I do not recommend using Tax Rise. I woke up this morning to a negative account balance because they had billed me 30x the amount we agreed to after not hearing back from them for months and even on the wrong date discussed for, when payment was to be expected. After I explained the situation they reviewed the phone call and agreed that it was their fault and they dropped the ball. Tax Rise scammed me out of 4K claiming and saying They will help Me with my tax problem half a year passed and They are not answearing my call nor my emails i think tax rise Should not be in business at All it is The worst scam out there

After working with Raxrise I was more in debt than when I started. They did decrease anything for me at all after paying them $4100. My tax bill increased to $16,400 with the **** I told them everything I had and they told me that a Trust didn't matter. It definitely DOES. Bad advice. Try on your own before wasting a ***** on this company. Unless you live in a car you're doomed with the **** They would probably take the car from you.

It is post-Thanksgiving, Tax Rise has had our tax information since early January, and they claim they dont have that essential information and for some reason are waiting to pull it. This reeks of a dirty, filthy, dishonest scam.

Tax Rise are crooks.....They took $800 out of my account without my authorization I spoke to an agent and told her specifically I don't have the money to pay this right now I've already given them $500 and it cost another $2,300 and I specifically told the agent on the phone that I will have to wait and get the money and they took it out of my account I'll need my money back immediately this is my rent money they supposed to be helping me they not helping by stealing my money out of my account without my authorization
