High pressure sales tactics and lies! What was promised by **** in sales is 100% untrue. Strongly suspecting this was a $2K scam, as everything I got from my case manager is 180 opposite what I was told by sales during intake & onboarding. Not misleading, not misunderstood, but absolute opposite.

I paid $500 to be told keep making monthly payments. When I was assured that spending the $500 I would be saving money. So Im now in the same situation just out $500 thats could have went towards my back taxes. Dont waste your time or money because nothing changed from my initial conversation to after the investigation was completed.

Tax Rise I wouldn't recommend it's been three years and my cas is still haven't been resolved. The lack of communication is the main issue!!! I would say a the customer service representative ****** was excellent breaking down step by step what to expect during the process!!!

Taxrise did not help me at all Promised to help me with my tax problem-well they only made it worse. My initial payment to IRS was 800/month. Taxrise did get it down to 668/month. However I ended up having to pay Taxrise almost 375/month on their ****** total bill with a finance charge of over 19 percent!!! DO the math!!! This is a total scam and a total ripoff!!!

Sorry someone dropped the ball? No taxes forms in the ************* ************** envelope just an other **** envelope inside. Once again no taxes forms call there office spoke lady she said she was going to send taxes forms again thank you.

The services have changed. I have to wait until November 30, 2023, to speak with a case manager and a supervisor. This delayed customer service communication with time-sensitive docs. I was told to get in compliance and did. They asked the docs be uploaded. I have tried reaching out, but the appointments are pushed further to a future date. If the caseload is too much, or big. Asked for help don't delay my services.

I reached out to them for help with the Fresh Start program, desperate to get relief from the penalty and interest charges that are wreaking havoc on my sanity. After submitting the initial $350 and continuing with investigation I was then informed that I needed to pay $4700 for service or $2400 down and $350/mo for 6 mos. Don't use Tax Ride. They are four years late submitting my fed and state income tax returns. I'm reporting them to Attorney General for investigation.

I called Tax Rise to resolve a tax problem in order to get my passport. I was very clear about the urgency and needed this done very quickly. they assured me there would be no problem. I had to push and push at every step in order to expedite this issue. I was continually lies to and promised things that never happened.
