The services have changed. I have to wait until November 30, 2023, to speak with a case manager and a supervisor. This delayed customer service communication with time-sensitive docs. I was told to get in compliance and did. They asked the docs be uploaded. I have tried reaching out, but the appointments are pushed further to a future date. If the caseload is too much, or big. Asked for help don't delay my services.

I reached out to them for help with the Fresh Start program, desperate to get relief from the penalty and interest charges that are wreaking havoc on my sanity. After submitting the initial $350 and continuing with investigation I was then informed that I needed to pay $4700 for service or $2400 down and $350/mo for 6 mos. Don't use Tax Ride. They are four years late submitting my fed and state income tax returns. I'm reporting them to Attorney General for investigation.

I called Tax Rise to resolve a tax problem in order to get my passport. I was very clear about the urgency and needed this done very quickly. they assured me there would be no problem. I had to push and push at every step in order to expedite this issue. I was continually lies to and promised things that never happened. I asked if the were any added fees was told, only the 500 dollars. Later was told me I needed to come up with **** more to proceed. I am on very tight budget and I'm out 500 dollars. It is a rip off and a scam beware.

I paid them $4600 to help lower my back tax payment. They lowered the payment only $45. I received a letter from the *** that Tax Rise doesnt represent me anymore. I want to know why ? I constantly call them and no one returns my calls. I want to know why they dont represent me anymore.*****************************************

I have instructed them to cease contact in writing. They have called me ********************************************************** again. I receive NO LESS than 3 calls EVERY day and block the number every time they call. Then they call from another number. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT give them your information. They use false advertising to entice you to give them info then they will NOT stop calling you, no matter what you do.
