They got $14000 & no results. It's been 3 years. They give us the eun around and keep asking for the same info ****** months. My 2022 tax return did not change. The are horrible. Scammers taking advantage of people in bad situations and they give no help or relieve. Don't do. Run. Write the irs yourself and make request.i would eate them a zero if it was an option.

Taxrise wouldn't refund me my $350.After 6 days of paying, I changed my mind and contacted a tax lawyer and wanted to cancel and get a refund.They said it's in the contract I signed to be charged for the first process Seems like a ripoff company and they take advantage of people who need help with their taxes.

I have felt bullied into proceeding with my case since day one, however I wanted to get the *** out of hair. Went on a site that screens for eligibility. Taxrise reached out. They called me at least ***** times a day. I called back after I filed my delinquent tax years. I spoke with ************************* yesterday right around the close of business. She was super encouraging and very professional. They did not stop fees & did not stop interest. All they did was stop the *** from harassing ** endlessly. On top that, the $4k we had to pay them could've gone to the *** instead!? Well, been having this company work on this for me for almost 15 months now. WOW!! Not good. They asked me for the SAME info that I had already given them like 3, maybe even 4 separate additional times throughout the last 12 months, and they were so slow in moving that by the time they got to "filing" it, or whatever it is that they do, the info I gave them last WOULD THEN BE OUTDATED SO THEY WOULD ASK ME FOR ANOTHER 3 MONTHS of "STATEMENTS".
