We paid this company $10,000 and they did not reach an offer in compromise but made an agreement with the *** without our knowledge to make payments of $1600 a month. A waste of our time and precious money.

I don't know if they helped All I know is I paid almost $2k for tax debt relief. I still have to pay that debt in full. Maybe I'm missing something.I even asked them to resubmit a specific year but they never presented the approved submissions Now I'm out the money I put in and still sitting on a bigger tax hole.Don't know who to trust to resolve my tax issues

this company they nothing but bunch scammers they scam me with $7000.00 all what heard from them only empty promises for past 3 yrs and at end i owe irs more then i should they made irs add 20.000.00 in additional fees good job tax rise. them the head of head of scheme *************************** . buying time now avoiding my calls and emailes . please BBB help me to retrive my money from them i do have all document to support the case

LIARS, CHEATERS, SCAMMERS!!After payments, never heard from them. They did Absolutely NO work. THIEVES!!THEY ATTEMPTED TO WITHDRAW MONEY UNDER FALSE PRETENSE, pretending to be the IRS.SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!

Unprofessional...I believe the other reviews are false. My emails were either not answered or answered weeks later.I am now owing the *** more before going to taxrise. I also now received notice of lien on my property. it is a challenge to get a hold of them. DO NOT GO TO THEM....YOU WILL OWE MORE

I really feel like I was taken advantage of. Intake agent advised their fee (retainer) was going to be $350..at no time did they say they were a "referral" service and after their initial assessment there would be another fee for a "tax preparation team" so they can finalize the negotiation with the **** The initial agent advised after they confirm what program I would qualify for, the only ting left would be to pay the *** what is negotiated. TERRIBLE... this has gone on for over 2 years now and I cannot reach case manager. They are just in it for their money!!!!
