After a call with a representative of this company I agreed to a $500 deposit. After getting off the phone i did further review of this company and discovered the 221 complaints on this site about the company at that time and cancelled less than 24 hours after agreeing to use them. It has been an aggravating process to receive a refund and I still dont' have it. I have cancer and have more important things to deal with than this company. I need my deposit back now.

I had so much hope after speaking with tax rise in the beginning they were so kind (to lure me In) so they told me I had to pay $8000 upfront to have a resolution on my back unpaid taxes. They assured me they could do it and I sent them all the paperwork needed that part was fine once my taxes were filed they told me I had to wait for the solution and it would be in December of 2024. Please never do business with this company. Call the *** directly I was given a rosey picture at the beginning of the process and $4,173.00 later.. still in a repayment status with the ***. Shame on me for believing that this company would stand by their word. Because of fear I thought this company would help. PLEASE!!! I was contacted by ****** from TaxRise, who claimed a resolution was reached with the *** and requested my ACH info for $120/month over 34 months totaling $4,080, which is almost exactly what I owe. This was shocking, as I had submitted documents as instructed and was led to believe the goal was a reduction in my tax debt, not simply arranging a full repayment plan.****** warned that failure to agree could result in a lien or wage garnishment, which would lead to more penalties and fees. This company stole 500 from me said of I paid the 500 it would go towards my taxes said everything to make it sound good you'll qualify for the program but never once warned if I didn't qualify for the program I would get my ****************************************************************** my opinion that's a lot of money to give up for nothing

Horrible experience. Manipulative, misinformed, lied to. Definitely looking to get some sort of resolution or take this to court. They switched the whole contract out of my name and put it in my wife's name without her knowing it. And then we got hit with two hard inquiries. Good luck getting anybody to email or call you back if you have questions. I guess they don't think your situation is time sensitive. It's almost like you pay to get their services, you shell out the money and it feels like they are like ( thanks for the money, good luck. Never again! I am better with dealing with the ***. They pretty much put me more in debt. They made it seem all nice and wonderful from the beginning. But now Im just 7800 dollars more in debt than I already was. They called it a resolution but absolutely nothing was resolved.
