The service has improved significantly. The service advisor made sure that all my vehicles needs were met.
Nissan - Grapevine Service Department has consistently provided excellent customer service and maintenance upkeep on my 2014 Murano over the past 10 years. Every time I leave it feels like I am driving my car as new again. Friendly, professional and technical customer service folks, this time was Samantha and her team. So far consistently for 10 years.
Oil change service was very good. Car wash was ok, but a bit slow from lots of activity.
Everyone was nice and helpful. Dealership is under renovations but still great service all the way through
