They changed the oil and were going to align the tires. They decided that aligning my tires would be a waste of money since I need new tires. Jordan gave me a written quote for 4 different tire manufacturers. Then told me Nissan is having a tire promotion in Feb and if I can wait, I'll save some money. Good except your auto response did not send. Fortunately, I was called in time to pick up my car by closing at 5pm on Saturday. Had I not texted to inquire about the status of my car, I may have had to pick it up on Monday. Fortunately, I was able to pick up before the service department closed at 5p on Saturday.
