Came there to purchase a X5 advertised for $13k. When I arrived they would not honor the advertised price. The price is changed $14,500 because they did some maintenance. Will be suing this place for false advertising. The advertised price is for a vechicle as is at $13,000 clear in the picture. Buyers beware!!

I am so upset with this dealership. They added a surprise $1400 fee on a car we were interested in that was a "refurbish fee". I called other dealerships and they say that that fee should already be worked into the price. Needless to say- we walked away. Later we renegotiated $1000 down- personally, I would not have gone back if we had not needed the car. Second- we asked to put a certain amount down but when they typed up the financing they wrote the numbers wrong. Third- we got a "Free" warranty for $800- that is what he... read more

When purchasing my vehicle the sales department was more interested in getting me in the car and out the door, than they were explaining the vehicles past (or explaining anything about the vehicle). When I first came in, I waited awhile and was given the keys to test drive, the sales consultant was aloof and didn't say much of anything, he seemed more interested in juggling his other task. Stay away. Put wrong set of tires on car which is dangerous. Had to replace with a new set within 30 days of purchase.

I've never experienced or heard about an experience like I just had at Texas Nissan. Insane. Shopping for a cash car for my kid and found one on Autotrader at this dealer for $9K. I liked the car so the salesman said he would talk to his manager about a cash price. After 30 mins they came back with $11,450.00. WTF just happened. I get the $1K for TTL but what is this new $1,500 fee? They called it dealer accessories. I asked what accessories? They said it's a reconditioning fee. I laughed and said this crazy. This place is awful! Stay away. They had a used truck advertised for sale. We called to confirm it was still on the lot before making the 1 hour round trip drive out to the dealership. When we got there, it took quite a while for us to get to test drive it. We finally walked out into the parking lot to find our salesperson, Elizabeth, to find out what was going on. Purchased a 2018 Nissan Frontier from this store. Had a great experience with the sales rep Jonathan Salgado and their finance guy Taylor Geyer. I had noted that the truck was missing a spare tire and they indicated they would order me one and call me upon receipt. 2 months later, no tire, no phone call. After talking to the Manager, I'm told they should have provided me with a "We Owe" slip of paper, which I never received, therefore they will not honor. Absolutely shady business practices. I called and spoke with James Carr, the Internet Sales Manager at 6:30 PM, on 5.21.20, to ask about a Chevy Malibu, which was listed on Car Trader, for $5k. They close at 7 and we couldn't make it, so I made an appt at 9:30 am on 5.22.20, to see the car. I actually asked them if they would stay late on the 21st, so I could come purchase the car and he said no. I wake up on the 22nd to the car listed for $900 more and text James, who didn't respond. I took a test drive at Texas Nissan. The deal was, that if you took a test drive they would give you $50 (gift card) just for taking a test drive. A lot of dealers do stuff like that. Well the 2020 Nissan Altima starting having problems right off the lot. It would only go about 20 miles per hour, max. This was not the salesman fault. Just pick a car with an issue.
