Took longer than estimated. I had to go hunt down service person to get car. Could not pay with cash, check or credit card without service charge. No notice of additional service charge. No detail inspection report (last 3 times I was there). No car wash as used to have. No driver to go home. Service fallen off, cost high & won't take cash & had to pay fee to use credit card. I don't do business with business that don't disclose additional fees. Doubt I will go back.

My experience at Grapevine Toyota was disappointing. The service wasn't greatmy car was there all day, and I had to chase them down to find out when it would be ready. There was no proactive communication. To make matters worse, I was told I had to pay in cash or face an additional fee for using my credit card. This isn't standard practice at other dealerships, and it wasn't the case the last time I had my vehicle serviced at Grapevine Toyota.

I took my vehicle to the shop under a Goodwill claim under ally warranty since my warranty had already ended. It was very obvious what was wrong with my vehicle that the front right was completely out, but the left side strut needed to be replaced also. The warranty company had already said that they will cover both strut. Very bad service and the treatment was a bit unpleasant, very bad information about the cars for sale.

It took 2 hours for an oil change and fix nail in a tire.

Its a very bad car . Its only been 6 days of buying that car and now it has soo many problems with tires and axle. The car is literally shaking while driving

I was told a credit card charge would be added to my card after the service was done. This store policy was implemented while my car was being repaired. Also I was missing two tire caps.
