This dealership chargerd me double for oil change like others dealers.$140 in Lubock I paid $70.never coming back.
They just tried to sell the services. I recently changed brake fluid and they say it is recommended because I don't have the record. Service was bad and staffs are not helpful. Never go back
CAUTION: Online prices on used pre-owned vehicles are purposedly lower than the actual price. The actual price is provided to you once you agree to purchase and includes about $3000 dealership add-ons ( they reduced it about $700 in my case). I purchased a Nissan Altima with no window tint, only 1 key fob, minor wheel scratches and only had 2000 miles left on manufactured warranty. What add-ons ???? my Nissan was all Stock. I do take some of the blame but it was my first time buying a new car.
As a concerned Toyota owner, I'm deeply disappointed with the service experience on my RAV4. There was excessive upsellingbattery service despite clean terminals, air filters recently replaced, a completed brake flush without checking fluid, and EFI/decarbonization already done with prior fuel system work. My input was ignored. The service advisor and technician clearly need retraining. Toyota is known for quality and customer care, but this location did a poor job representing the brand.
I recently purchased a car and was told it had been inspected. However, when I drove off and it started raining, I noticed it was missing a windshield wiper.
Finding a small tire leak should not take 3.5hrs. This was after spending 5 hours there a few days earlier for scheduled maintenance where they insisted there was no leak to be found. We will be driving right past this service center to go to the one in Plano instead.
Coupon was available in the website but refused to apply.
Came for a car, left with a mystery. They said they changed the oilturns out I drove off with none. The "maybe there's a spare key" was actually code for "there definitely isn't." And the license plate? Installed with four screws and zero shame. It's so crooked it's practically waving. Sloppy, shady, and somehow impressive in the worst way.
Communication was incomplete. Did not tell us when we dropped the vehicle off that they could not evaluate a check engine light unless the light was on, but they knew the light was off when we dropped off the vehicle. At the end of the day they told me this over the phone and said we could pick up the vehicle; everything else was done (I still had to pay the diagnostic fee).
