Did not feel good after vehicle purchase. As soon as I pulled onto the highway 2 warning lights came on. Also as I signed the paperwork they said they only found 1 key but the other might turn up. Guess what, it never turned up.
Toxic service management culture from David Fraga. His lack of care for customers is honestly shocking. I called to express concerns over maintenance performed and loose parts left in the engine bay and the service manager could not care less. There has been no follow up, service techs are extremely sloppy. I have done almost all of my maintenance here at this dealership, but due to this I will be looking at other service options going forward.
I am tired of the lying to upsell things you don't need.
They damaged my truck and would not take care of the damage
Auto was in shop for about 3 weeks in 2 visits. Provided videos of the car trouble, and a mechanic experienced it on the car lot. Then, repeatedly told they could find nothing wrong with it in spite of the video and personal events. Bad, bad experience! I have now purchased a different brand of car because of this encounter.
Staff is unfriendly, hard to get coupons realized.
They diagnosed the vehicle incorrectly and insisted I pay them money to return a part that was not needed. After a 10 year relationship with this dealer and multiple vehicle purchase they determined that they would rather try and keep my $200 then have me continue to use them.
For the life of me I can't understand or wrap my head around how even with a scheduled appointment an oil change and routine maintenance check can lead to waiting for 3 and 1/2 hours, not being told when my car is even ready, my car being filthy on the inside when it was returned to me, and my tire pressure lower than when I arrived. Honestly, although this was covered by my free to your maintenance plan, I definitely should have paid to go somewhere else because this was absolutely pathetic.
Vehicle did not have everything on it that showed in the pictures.
