I live 2 hours away from the dealership they kept trying to get me to bring my trade in that day when I told them I would have it with me next week. They wouldn't use my credit union made me use theirs and now it's been 3 weeks and my trade in still is not paid off but they had it for sale 2 days after traded it in. I sent them very detailed pics of my trade and told them the windshield was cracked, while looking at a second car the salesman said they didn't know the windshield was cracked

Very bad charged for work on the car I just bought and hadn't paid the first car note oil was not changed and did not get a car wash or detailed and didn't get any of the maintenance that they said they done

After the service, my side power doors failed and I had to bring my car in twice for it to be looked at. No one took any responsibility as the doors were fully functional before bring in the vehicle for maintenance.

Terrible we went to go trade our vehicle down in ft worth toyota because of maintenance department and theyre outrageous price for service.

No courtesy vehicles available during service. Poor attitudes by service reps. And, car wasn't even washed while being serviced. I won't be going back to this dealership for service.
