They are very thorough with their inspection. I wasnt able to use them because of the cost difference when compared to other reputable certified mechanic shops. The 3 stars is based on when I entered the service bay their was no one there to greet me for 10 minutes. I had to walk around and ask for help.
Fast and quick service.
My battery died and was charged by AAA road service to allow me to drive to the dealership. After determining that all was covered by warranty, I was treated to a no-charge visit and received fluid top-offs and a free car wash for my trouble.
It was great. I still feel that $90 oil change and tire rotation is expensive but time value of money trumped my argument.
