Had a tire rotationcorrect tire pressure not set. Left front was 26 psi, other tires 29 to 30 psi. Should have been 35 psi. Corrected at Dlscount Tire. Assigned service rep out to lunch at appointment time. Assigned another rep 20minutes later. Had to ask for copy of inspection report, I asked to be completed.

Communication was absolutely horrible! They had my car all day and didn't hear a word. Took multiple attempts to get ahold of the service tech who finally called me 30 minutes before they closed to tell me the laundry list of things my car "needed" but that since it was so late I would need to come back. This was the last time we will be going to grapevine.

Service Appointment for an Oil Change was scheduled with Advisor Alyssa Sisk. I arrived 10 mins early and Alyssa was nowhere to be found. Other Advisors paged for her over the PA and I found myself standing and waiting outside my vehicle for over 10 mins. Absurd! They agreed there was a problem. Had me bring my car in five times. Then told me things were "normal"

Terrible customer service. Called in advance to schedule service to get repairs done that needed parts to be ordered. I showed up for my appointment and was told the parts weren't available after all. When asked why I wasn't told in advance, they said "We saw your appointment and thought about calling but we got busy." No accountability was taken and they didn't even apologize for my wasted time. No effort to make it right.
