It took three days to complete the service. We set an appointment to replace the shocks and struts, an item previously recommended by them. They admitted that management policy would not let them order the struts until the car was in the shop. They had "delays" for other customers that took precedence over our time in their shop. The fact that the parts and service department are now charging a 3% fee to use a credit card is both shocking and disappointing.
had a bad tire, they had to order the right size and got it the same days that is good. tried to call, text the service rep, never a reply, called the service number and asked the rep answering my question, said would get back to me after contacting my rep,never did. Paid is cash since they charge 3% for using credit card, could not give me my change, since they don't (Guess the rep) have cash on hand
They overfill engine oil. Unprofessional work never recommended.
As a concerned Toyota owner, I'm deeply disappointed with the lack of attention given to my ongoing concerns. The maintenance suggestions for my RAV4 have been inconsistent, sometimes incorrect, and not aligned with the vehicle's actual needs. Went in for complimentary 10k service and was told my lights were stripped and needed a $263 replacement. Also first question asked was " Did you buy your car from us?" Which I thought was a bit strange, I have never been asked that before bringing in my car for service I would think if they really wanted to know, they could just look it up by the VIN number in their system. No manners by new employee, Mohammed. I was treated like garbage once I decided not to buy a car. Took an eternity for the payoff to go through. Nobody answers calls and the service is atrocious!
It took 3 hours of waiting to get an oil change. Service rep did not give me any updates why it was taking so long. When I checked into my appointed time, the service rep said it would take 1 1/2 hours. I had to go to the Service Manager at the end of 3 hours to find out what was going on.
Had to return twice after service was completed due to the lack of care that went into my repair. Mistakes were made and service director lacked any responsibility by telling me mistakes happen.
