Not a great experience. They tried to charge me $2500 dealership fee. We got them to remove that but they added $500 to the main price. The car was listed as 24,901. It ended up being 25,400 with taxes and tile I got it for $27000 but that's with them not buffing out the scratched and the one dent in it. The sales people weren't great. Very unhelpful.

Unfortunately they forgot to tell me that when you buy a used 2024 S60 Volvo from them that you won't be able to utilize te Volvo cars app (includes remote location start and locking) without a second key. And that this would be an additional cost of more then $800 from the dealer. They also do advertise this as a feature on the brochure. Communication after the sale is horrific terrible. I would not recommend this dealership ever, they want your sale and then they want you gone.

Price stated on the app and website of the dealer was not correct they added to the price once I got there.

The staff was not friendly. After the car was repaired, they only contacted the wrong number and I wasted a lot of time.

Poor. Errors made causing me to have to return another day to complete my requests. No apology to me for time wasted and their error. Actual time spent was nearly 4 hrs vs 2 hrs quoted. Service manager very rude to me. Only positive was Diego. Easy to work with. Nice guy.

They will not check your fluids or half of the things listed on the inspection. Mind you mine was part of the complimentary deal that comes with the purchase of the truck. I do doubt if they don't do a good job there they highly likely won't on an out of pocket service either. They sure will look up the recommended specs per mileage and try to sell you those, but don't expect much other than that. Very dissapointed, been a staunch Toyota fan, but Grapevine Toyota of Texas will never see me again

I had scheduled this appointment after they called me to let me know the parts they had ordered for a service campaign had come in. Arrived a little before appointment, turned my truck over and went to waiting room. After about 30 or 40 minutes service writer came in and told they couldn't complete my service because my parts had been used on another vehicle. I am now waiting for them to call me again. This time I will need to take a vacation day to have the work done.

Took longer than estimated. I had to go hunt down service person to get car. Could not pay with cash, check or credit card without service charge. No notice of additional service charge. No detail inspection report (last 3 times I was there). No car wash as used to have. No driver to go home. Service fallen off, cost high & won't take cash & had to pay fee to use credit card. I don't do business with business that don't disclose additional fees. Doubt I will go back.
