Left oil on bottom of vehicle, said it was probably a bad oring from oil filter. I did my own inspection of the vehicle and verified no oil was leaking from the oil drain plug or filter. It was clear they didn't clean up after them self's and didn't want to admit it. Not bringing my vehicle to get serviced here even if it's free!

I schedule an appointment in advance. I drive 30 minutes from East Dallas. And for an oil change, I once again wait nearly 3 hours in addition to the 30 minute each way commute. What's the point of making and scheduling an appointment? Very, very, very frustrating.

After making an appointment , my Mitsubishi Truck was kept without a diagnosis for 5 days then I was told they knew what was wrong, but could not purchase the part so I had to have it towed to another auto repair shop at my expense and paid for a rental car for 5 days and 2 more days while new shop diagnosed different problem than was quoted. Agent was kind and empathic but out come was unsatisfactory!

I live 2 hours away from the dealership they kept trying to get me to bring my trade in that day when I told them I would have it with me next week. They wouldn't use my credit union made me use theirs and now it's been 3 weeks and my trade in still is not paid off but they had it for sale 2 days after traded it in. I sent them very detailed pics of my trade and told them the windshield was cracked, while looking at a second car the salesman said they didn't know the windshield was cracked
