I called to on the Wednesday before my pick up to let them know I wouldnt be able to pick my car up until Friday that same week. When I called I spoke to an older woman and told her my situation and she said the car would be ready Thursday around 6pm and that she will let Monica know I would pick it up Friday morning. When I got there Friday morning nothing was done to my car at all. Absolutely had the worst (after) car-buying experience with this particular location. Purchased a used 2016 Hyundai Elantra SE from Javier. Was a great walkthrough and initial drive. Was told it was not inspected for repairs yet but was assured that it was in great condition or it would not be in inventory so not to worry. Our vehicle finally received the part that was needed. We also received the second key FOB 6 weeks after the sale. Our vehicle was there for 7 days once we were asked to bring it in for the key FOB. Our pre collision sensor was out and the part had to be ordered. This was going to take just two days. The delay was for the FOB, not the sensor. Scheduled a 5000 mile service. Was there for over 3 hours. I finally asked for my truck back after I found out they had not started on most items. They did get the oil changed. What a joke for a service department.

It was a range of emotions. First I call because my maintenance light came on and I advise it was time to have it service. No one on the told me that it would be a charge, but they did ask the mileage. We schedule my service and when I was speaking the service personal she ask what I was there for and I said the free service to my car. She told me to sign the paper and they will call when ready. 313 dollars later she advise that is what I owe. That's when the problems started. Oh its more.

They don't deserve even one star. They didn't want to honor the TOYOTA warranty on their own battery. I had to battle for that. They wanted me to pay for a new battery when I am sure that they were going to file it under warranty and TRY to have me pay as a new customer purchase. HA!!!! I know Warranty/Policy. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Lost a customer for good.

Toyota of Grapevine - So far, no one EVER returns emails or phone calls (for service questions, prices and/or OEM parts numbers, etc). Have made about 10 request in past 7 months (even went by and spoke to their customer service rep, won't give his name here, who promised to call me because their "system was currently down" (yeah, right).
