TERRIBLE!!!!!! Repair of the vehicle is fine so far. BUT, to charge a person an extra 15% because you don't have the part in stock and you have to get it from another dealership is OUTRAGEOUS!!! Especially when I spent over $2k for the a/c to be repaired. You couldn't give an eta of when the part from the mfgr would get there but you could go pick it up from another dealership for an extra 15%. You know how to get to people and in that is terrible business!!!!
They forgot to reset the maintenance reminder.
