Didn't like the fact that they quoted me $800 dollars for things the car didn't need but where supposedly recommended,other than that everything was amazing

Instead of a simple tire rotation Craig added a list of essential maintenance. After researching I found most were recommended and not required. The wait was supposed to be 2-2.5 hours which turned out to be over 3 hours. When I received my car, there was black grease on the carpet. Second time this has happened. I left a message for Billy the service director last week and he has yet to return my call.

I had very bad experience at this dealership, didn't provide me a ride to my home after I was waiting for over 3 hours they asked me if I can left my truck until the next day, I accepted and request a car lone and didn't provided me with it neither a ride back to my home. I have purchased dozens of vehicles for 30 years and this was the worst experience I ever had with a dealership. The sales associate was nice, but did not go over anything with us and continued to lie saying they were losing $4,000 on the vehicle. I got a quote online, which was for the price, plus TTL.
