Poor communication and tried to sell me services/parts I did not need

The wife experience was as bad as could be expected. She says we are not ever going to get service there again. Probably won't be any future cars from there now either based upon this.

They lied to me about for how long I was paying for, they said 54 months however im paying for 72 with higher pay each month. Then when I called they told me that the paper I signed for 54 months was gone and I was basically stuck with what I have now. Don't ever trust any of them

Waited over 2 hours to complete a routine scheduled service. Additionally, when complete, the service advisor stated nothing was needed. A day or so later I receive an email that stated I needed air filters and fuel additive and to schedule an appointment. Terrible!

It's not convenient. So slow.

Service was good, but it always takes TOO long, over 1.5 hr wait time. The other problem is that their advertisements are deceptive. They list a $29.99 oil change and then they charge you over $40. While there may be some other fees involved, it would be great if they would include those in their advertisements too.

Didn't rotate my tires. Had to wait for them to correct this after I had dropped off my truck with them for 6hrs.

I recently drove an hour and a half to Texas Toyota for what I believed would be a free oil change under my vehicle's warranty. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told that the coverage ended at 60,000 miles and my car is at 61,000. Had I been informed earlier, I would have made the trip sooner. Instead, I was caught off guard and forced to pay over $100 for a basic oil change. What made the situation worse is that the dealership wouldn't offer any courtesy or goodwill consideration.

Now a days, not receiving proper advise. Scenario : Recently i visited one time for fixing my battery in earlier visit. Ideally they can merge the scope of this visit with previous visit and complete the service needs. But service dept is trying to follow up and making to schedule the visit again with in 15 days duration. Some years ago there used to be certain ethics getting followed by Service advisors. Somewhere something is missing.
