Why is it that the last 3 times I've been to this facility something has gone wrong. Last 2 times may car was scratched on the driver side. This time your workers fail to put on my locking lugnut and don't even put the key back in the glove box. So now I have to order a new lugnut key and lugnut. You are making it very hard for me to want to bring my car in when repeatedly you damage my car!!! Totally unacceptable!!!

Weren't very helpful and was not transparent on the dealings of the car. They seemed to not care too much about helping us get what we wanted and the environment was toxic. Too many men that work there and they kept staring at my wife when we walked in. Like the car I got but had to get it realigned when I got it back to my hometown Toyota dealership. Will not shop for Toyotas there in the future.

Overcharged! No car wash! Hidden fees! Very poor customer service! No oils coming out of the three services (I have watched these services online) on my van BUT still got charged for what so_called hazardous fees.

After I closed on the purchase of the car i was finally told that the car had only one key. I had asked several times and the sales person (Javier) kept saying " let me check". Once we had already purchased the car, he said that the person that had the spare keys was gone for the day. What a scam! Very disappointed.
