Upon pulling in for my vehicle to be serviced. I was greeted by a gentleman and was told to wait for my service advisor- stood & waited for at least 10-15mins. While waiting; I was also asked why I brought my vehicle to Texas Toyota if I bought it from Richardson

I was having some issues with my battery so I took it in to be looked at. They told me the wrong battery was in my vehicle however the same battery had been in my vehicle for almost 3 years with no issues or comments from Toyota. I always take my vehicle in to see them for regular maintenance. I'm not sure why they never noticed the "wrong" battery was installed. Didn't have a great experience this time around as well. I have AMP running boards and since I got the battery replaced, the tech was not able to figure out how to reconnect them. As a result, the running boards were not functioning but their lights were on, draining the brand new battery. I was not even made aware of this issue until I picked up my truck. It took 2.5 hours to change to do an oil change - ridiculous !!!!! I requested the air filter to be changed which they did but they did not secure the cover to the air filter box and it came off on the way home - poor quality control - I will not be back there for service.

Took it in for a check engine. Took 4 days to diagnosis what the problem even was. Still not convinced the problem is completely resolved.

1 tire pressure was low 2 positive battery terminal was corroded 3 cabin air filter assy. Was disconnected 4 i had to request a car wash 5 i waited to be helped and finally a manager addressed me and asked if I needed help Once I was addressed service rep was friendly and very helpful 5 stars for her also I was 15 minutes late for my appointment I guess because I'm a aircraft maintenance inspector my expectations are higher than the average person TY

Replaced my brake pads, turned my rotors. Had to take it back because they did a crappy job, and the brakes made horrible sounds. They turned rotors again; still making sounds. Very frustrated
