Worst experience ever. They took the applications and sat on it for 4 months with almost no updates to me. After 4 months of processing my refinance applications, they said that they cannot give me the rates they promised me. I would not recommend Texas Lending at all. Take your business elsewhere. I found Texas Lending unreliable and unprofessional

It was a horrific experience with incompetent people managing and underwriting my account. Communication between the person managing my refi and the underwriter was terrible. It seemed we were always following up to see where we were in the process. We were told it may take a little longer than 30 days as advertised but never imagined 3 months. Took longer than advertised. (2 months) Not a techie person and had lot of questions . First lender left town for a week and did not answer calls or email. In the end all ok and got 2.5%. Have recommended you to daughter and they just started the process with Texas Lending.

Texas Lending has made my life miserable!! First, the person assigned to my loan Gavin Reynolds told me that my cash out loan would process in about 20 - 30 days beginning September 24th. On December the14th I fired them! I had to send them mountains of scanned documents multiple times through their online "Doc" portal only to get bombarded with automated message replies days or weeks later letting me know that they did not receive them. Lack of communication, bad experience from the beginning. Ended up ok but took from August to December to get the deal done. Felt like a number rather than a customer. Wouldn't use them again if I was given the choice. There are way more choices that would love to have the business.
