BED BUGS - avoid at all cost BED BUGS, poor maintenance, dirty room overall, especially the floor and bathroom. Location, close to the beach and Lincoln Rd.

I won’t stay at the Cara The bathroom was not clean. Room service didn’t come and get the garbage and towels out. We had to get bags and put garbage together. We had to keep calling for towels. The staff were great ( front desk )

Overall, a poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel. They refuse to look after luggage before check-in or after check-out. The two members of staff I spoke to weren't quite rude, but fairly close. The restaurant (Taco Taco) took two lots of $25 as a "pre-authorised deposit", which has never returned despite paying the bill at the time, and requesting the money is refunded to me four times. This is now raised as a dispute with my bank, as even the "Food and Beverage director" refuses to help me. The location is excel... read more

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel,not even for a short stay My first room when I checked in was not clean,it was smelly, there were dead bugs all over the bed and live ones crawling, the bathroom was unkept and the floor wasn’t clean. the second room they gave me had someone’s left overs in the refrigerator and the bathroom wasn’t clean. We had no rags in the room we had to call for them. The pool area wasn’t clean. The staff was nice but the hotel was unkept. I also had to have my sheets changed because they were stained.
