We dined last night at The Chef's Table and it was an amazing gastronomic experience. My favorite red meat in the world is lamb and I've eaten great lamb dishes here and in Europe but I must say that the Lollipop Chops and mint sauce was the most amazing I have ever had. The mint sauce was superb and the chops were extremely tender and succulent. The appetizers and dessert were every bit as delicious. We will definitely be back. This chef and his food is grand!
I went in around 3:15pm....The Atmosphere was Amazing, the Service was Great & the Food was Absolutely 💯 Wonderful!! Packed with Flavor! My compliments to the Chef!!

Service: 5 Flavor: 5 Ambiance: 5 Chef Paul retained some of the popular dishes from Peli Peli and offered it on the HRW menu! - Vleis Pastei - a meat pie but more delicious, the mango chutney on the top enhanced the flavor - Beef Pendurada - great presentation and still delicious, the herb garlic butter was a nice touch - Madagascar Pork Ribeye - wow, I’ve never had such moist and tender pork.
