About The Chef My name is Paul Friedman and I like to think of myself as just an ordinary guy who has had a lifetime love affair with food and the fortune of having owned and operated 58 restaurants in South Africa, Europe and the United States. Filet Mignon is incredible. Order it Medium rare. Lobster mac-n-cheese is awesome as well.

My husband and I went to The Chefs Table to celebrate our anniversary. Food was incredible. Try the Bottie appetizer it was the perfect starter. Service was great, Joshua helped with all of our questions. Will have to come back and try everything else there were so many delicious looking choices!
