Our apartment building recently switched to Manor and I've had a similar incredibly negative experience to another reviewer regarding trying to obtain financial documents for a property refinancing. We started our refinancing process at the end of March. By end of May, it came time in the process that we needed HOA documents from Manor. First off, Manor requires you to PAY ABSURD FEES to request for ANY DOCUMENTS that we as homeowners have the rights to. So far I've had several interactions with the team at The Manor handling stuff like monthly statements, community garden and fixing lights (indoor as well as outdoor). Every time they have been very responsive and all requests or issues got addressed in a timely manner.

I recently requested documents from the Manor Association in order to perform a review of my insurance coverage needs. I am particularly impressed with Maria Goins. She is very well-versed in understanding exactly what I needed, insurance disclosure and current bylaws and CC&Rs. I recall that the latter were supposed to have been amended in 2015. I worked closely with Catherine Estrella and Sandra Throne during a recent real estate transaction in which I represented the Seller of a condominium in Menlo Park managed by The Manor Association. In real estate sales, there seem to always be challenging moments; fortunately, Catherine and Sandra really stepped up to help. I found them to be exceedingly responsive, thorough, generous, and expeditious in their efforts. I highly recommend these two dedicated women and the Manor team.

This company is so unprofessional. One of the worst examples of a business ever. Unresponsive to my inquires. Poor management of the property that I live at. I am beginning to understand the definition of "slum lord". I continue to pay very high HOA dues every month and am NOT getting much in return. This company really deserves the term, DEPLORABLE.

Deserves a ZERO star if Yelp allows. When I called and emailed(no reply of course) Joe Senft to get financial statements so I could understand why HOA fee kept going up like crazy. the first thing he said was "why do you need that"??? A "good" gesture of violating residents' rights Joe. Not to mention the association basically does nothing at all.

Another day Dealing with Manor HOA spoke to Freddy, it's obvious that Brian (ceo) Ask him to call me regarding billing. I am up to date with zero balance on HOA. They are now taking my payments and adding it towards a plumbing bill and telling me that I have not paid my HOA funds? Is this company real or are they just completely pathetic? I don't get it? The community manager Shannon is very mean to owners of the community. She only please board members. That's so pathetic. She earned money from you every month, but she doesn't respect you at all. We have been writing so many emails to her and called her so many times regarding issues in our community, but she just doesn't respond to you. When you said "okay, I'll file a complaint to your company ", she still didn't care about it.

The Manor is run by totally useless staff. When you ask them something, they alway pretend to be nice but they never act on anything. They said they would give updates and never do. When you ask for an update, they continue to give non answers. Where do your office find these morons or Manor provides moron training? Brain C., I am telling the truth. If you don't like it and can't handle it, train your staff better. Look at other reviews in Yelp. I'm not going to sugar coat it to make you feel better. I have already talked to... read more

If you're having a problem with something in the homeowners association there are many people within the organization to whom you can escalate the issue and productively get answers to your questions.
