Brian rectified the situation and provided the refund for the deposit. Thanks Brian. Leaving it at 3 stars because someone should never have to go to a review site to resolve a situation. Please ensure your staff have adequate training.

Our on-site HOA board had caused more problems then they have solved for us. Most recently, they falsely accused us of committing a crime. When told that it wasn't us and that we felt uncomfortable, the response from both the Manor and the HOA has been basically a shrug. They refuse to solve the theft problem, so they've resorted to accusing residents. The buck stops with no one.

I hope Yelp does not hide this review. Unfortunately I do have to deal with this firm but I came across this review while looking at other management firms and was extremely disappointed to realize that I'm also getting ripped off. Stay away from these incompetent and ignorant people. I don't consider them managers since HOA property management is not regulated so even your new born can be a property manager. Our building has worked with this property management for about 30 years. -Agents are quick to become confrontational in person and over the phone -Agents gossip on residents to other residents -I've dealt with them for over 15 years and not once have I had a good interaction -Office has a high turnover -Complaints filed are not addressed or followed up on -No walkthrough in our bldg for years -Agents are quick to pushback and educate you that you're not the only customer and they're busy -Our President has same issues that ... read more

Brian, Perhaps if you spent more time running your business instead of responding to yelp reviews unprofessionally and passive aggressively, you wouldnt have such a problem. As the owner of a company, you should listen to the customer's concerns rather than make excuses. Any respect I had left for you and the manor was immediately lost upon reading your responses on Yelp. Attempted to call in again and actually spoke to someone this time. They didn't call back nor resolve the situation. It's been over a month. I doubt it takes accounting this long to get back to someone. Watch...someone will respond and absolutely nothing will happen again!

In February, 0.5% of our monthly HOA revenues became unaccounted for. Manor has thus far failed to provide any explanation or rectification.
