Their customer service is outrageous. The representative never let you finish a sentence and then you are always accused of having a bad day for asking to finish your sentence. When I asked why they do not treat their customers with a dignity I was told by the rep she will not take this verbal abuse and will transfer the call to a number where they never answer. Worst EVER! Our elevator is broken. We have only one elevator. Jen in Santa Cruz will not call Otis Elevator to get a call date. The elevator is old and will probably need special order parts. No service has been scheduled. The building is a 55+ with STEEP stairs. Elderly and disabled have to now carry their garbage, laundry and groceries up steep stairs. Someone is going to get hurt!
I commend Joel Martins and his staff for their prompt responsiveness, assistance and always getting things done. I have never had a problem with submitting a work request or 3rd vehicle parking permit the since I have owned my home here at the Summit@Serramonte. A huge thank you and shout out to Tiphanie Bradford a Client Services Agent at the Manor Association for her extremely prompt response in helping me get my mailbox lock fixed! She not only informed me that I was responsible for fixing the lock, but there was a locksmith, Steve's Lock & Key, that is very familiar with Lauriedale and has worked with the Association for many years. I have since learned she suggested the other party call the police on me. So instead of doing her actual job she's telling residents to call the police on each other. Absurd.
Ive been a Real Estate Broker for 29 years and counting, here in the Bay Area. I needed to call this company for some information, in order to put together an offer for my clients on one of the HOA' s that this company manages. I was shocked! Great experience with Betina Wood at Manor Inc. We rented out the clubhouse of our condo for my daughters birthday party and had to cancel last minute due to illness. Betina let us move our payment and deposit to another weekend and was so helpful and understanding during the whole process. The communication and responsiveness has been quick and professional every time I reach out with questions (which has been a lot!) Thanks Betina for being so nice and helpful! So glad we landed at a Manor Inc condo.
These people are quite literally useless. Won't respond to emails, calls, or pigeon mail. I'm sure all of their non 1-star review are paid for. Edit: Brian, incredible response time! Regarding your passive aggressive comment of sharing "useful information," if you would actually take the time to read my comment, you'll realize that the problem has to do with timely responses to calls and emails.
