I had high hopes, but have been a little disappointed lately. Responses have been slow, late or not at all and things aren’t getting done in a timely fashion. Our customer service people keep changing, but no one informs the board or the homeowners. I hope this situation is resolved soon. Thanks, Carolyn Levy (Las Casitas)
