I hope Yelp does not hide this review. Unfortunately I do have to deal with this firm but I came across this review while looking at other management firms and was extremely disappointed to realize that I'm also getting ripped off. Stay away from these incompetent and ignorant people. I don't consider them managers since HOA property management is not regulated so even your new born can be a property manager. Our building has worked with this property management for about 30 years. -Agents are quick to become confrontational in person and over the phone -Agents gossip on residents to other residents -I've dealt with them for over 15 years and not once have I had a good interaction -Office has a high turnover -Complaints filed are not addressed or followed up on -No walkthrough in our bldg for years -Agents are quick to pushback and educate you that you're not the only customer and they're busy -Our President has same issues that ... read more

Brian, Perhaps if you spent more time running your business instead of responding to yelp reviews unprofessionally and passive aggressively, you wouldnt have such a problem. As the owner of a company, you should listen to the customer's concerns rather than make excuses. Any respect I had left for you and the manor was immediately lost upon reading your responses on Yelp. I grew up in a world where people who had problems aired their differences respectfully and worked toward solutions. Attempted to call in again and actually spoke to someone this time. They didn't call back nor resolve the situation. It's been over a month. I doubt it takes accounting this long to get back to someone. Watch...someone will respond and absolutely nothing will happen again!

I just received the best Customer Service ever from Lily Li!!!!! She quickly understood the issue, gave me clear instructions on how to resolve the problem, and was super responsive!!

In February, 0.5% of our monthly HOA revenues became unaccounted for. Manor has thus far failed to provide any explanation or rectification.

Damir - your comments don't merit a reply, but I can assure you that Manor is not corrupted, compromised or crooked. Perhaps next time you feel the need to carelessly slander people, you may want to include a few details so that someone may assist with solving a problem. Just a thought.

This is a shout out to manor association and GWC HOA. First of all to manor, thank you for taking my safety seriously when a break in was reported. It took ONLY 82 hours to notify the community. It's ironic that missing packages rate a flyer but a half naked man at my bedroom door doesn't. Emails sent to manor and board by 7:02 AM Monday. This only goes to prove you can write an email but you can't make them read it!

Kristin Amarillas has displayed extreme unprofessionalism in the Hastings Shore Lane community. People in the community are unhappy with her and please be warned that she has an unfriendly attitude. She doesn't do her job and does not take good care of the property. Please change our property manager.
