The Manor Association has been with our HOA, helping us to navigate our way through a challenging lawsuit with the original builder of the project. No that is behind us, they have been great at coordinating the follow on actions needed to keep the HOA on track thru the initial known repairs as well as the follow on structural work we are doing. All this and helping to have the day to day normal operations flowing forward. Quite an amazing team and with our Assciation not being massive, their attention to detail has been grea... read more

I don't enjoy post negative review on business, so they must have failed big to the point I need to share. Manor is the first company I have nothing but give 1 star on their practice in HOA. Please avoid using them for your HOA. Their sales pitch on overcome challenges - failed, 24/7 customer svc - failed. When you followed rule to request parking in your own community, 3 times , they don't respond back to your emails, and towed your car away. How do you just tow a resident's car? The car info is in the system, it is not an ... read more

Business response:

Dear Ting W. - I'm very sorry that your car was towed from the association's property. I would like to offer some assistance to help avoid these situations in the future, and to clarify how and why towing enforcement occurs. The homeowners association in which you reside approves parking rules. They also determine the enforcement policy. Manor does not adopt parking rules nor do they enforce the parking rules. Here again, the homeowners association directly hires a security and towing company to enforce their parking pol... read more

As an HOA Board member I worked with the Manor Association throughout my tenure. They were always responsive to our needs & provided excellent advice & guidance during a difficult mediation of a dispute with our builder.

I'd imagine the only ones searching reviews on Manor Association would be renters on one of their properties. However, on the off chance that you are looking to qualify the Manor Association to manage your property or HOA, please please consider other options. There are many many choices and granted I'm biased b/c I'm an owner of a condo, but I would highly discourage anyone from choosing Manor to manage my property. Here's why and take everything with a plenty of salt: 1) HOA due increased more than I feel like it should c... read more

I rent an apartment in a condo in Redwood City managed by Manor. This morning, for the third time, my shower has just shut off utterly -- mid-shower. When I called about this problem 6 months ago (two consecutive workday mornings, I was left naked in the shower, fully soaped up, with no shower whatsoever), Manor reps were mistrustful of me, treating me as though I were a crank. Who ever heard of such a thing, a shower shutting off like that (when the water was otherwise available)? Now that this has happened a 3rd time (that... read more

Business response:

Dear Eric G. - I'm sorry about your negative experience with our staff. Water-related problems in condominiums are not at all uncommon and can be very unsettling for residents. Our staff deals with these types of problems regularly and should never have made you feel uncomfortable about reporting the problem. If you wouldn't mind contacting me directly and providing more details about your situation, I will address it with the customer service team and the community manager. My direct telephone number is (650) 931-6387. ... read more

Dealing with Manor is like pulling a mule uphill backwards! Brian Campisi (Owner of Manor) is a big sales talker who does not deliver any value on any level. You are sure to be wasting your time and energy when connecting. For the most part he has employees who are trained to do as little as possible and make like they are experts of everything. To name a few: Janice Sandy, Mark Borson, and Laurayne Gluck are unhelpful, rude, unresponsive, and oh so deviant. We have had 4 property managers at EWI - North since June 2016 beca... read more

They have been very helpful whenever I have called and needed assistance. This last time they expedited the removal of some wasp nests that were outside my daughter's room.

Business response:

Saili - Thank you for the positive feedback. I will share your comments with the team next week. Please feel free to contact us whenever you need assistance at your association. We are here to help!

Have been at our condo for the past 4+ years, and the Manor always seems to be responsive to our requests and concerns. A special "call-out" to Joel who oversees our complex and coordinates with our HOA. Also, a big plus for the hard-working weekend agent, Debbie, who always returns the call quickly and is very thorough.
