I spoke with Joe Senft about my key fob not working for the pool area on a 85 degree day. After voicing my frustration because it could "take an hour or 48 hours to fix after they were contacted". He told me to "shut my mouth" because I was upset when he told me they knew there was a problem but did not notify us. Then I was told two different stories that they didn't how many fobs were not working, to only a handful aren't and "that it was to bad and deal with it". Leslie is very responsive to my request of reserving the club house.
Lost my pool key fob and Leslie Fonte was able to help with various questions including with the process to regain my lost key fob. My questions were answered clearly and rather quickly. I have had encounters with other association companies where questions and help requests go unanswered for a long time where I had to call back multiple times just to get a runaround. I do appreciate that this has not been the case with Leslie Fonte at ManorInc.
Excellent service and prompt response! I was looking to book the clubhouse for my son's birthday and they immediately responded with dates and agreement. Very responsive team there.
I've been dealing with this association for 32 years. Every time there is a problem they take weeks or months to handle it. Currently I am waiting for a key to a pool, I have called 9 times so far, I have received one phone call back from a woman who could not help me. Not much customer service for $470.00 a month. The Manor Association is just like every other HoA horror story you've heard of. Recently my neighbor eported a leak in the in main water meter and the city of Redwood City sent out an agent from the water department to check up on it. They realized that it was leaking and had told us, cause we live closest to the water meter, to have the HoA send someone out to get it checked out and repaired. I sent an email to Customer Service to report an outside light was out on our property and a safety concern. Christy Eiras responded immediately with the work order number she issued and the light was on when it started to get dark that night. Her quick response is much appreciated and we now have the necessary lighting to keep us safe. Thanks Christy!
The worse management team...super unreliable and very disorganized! Forget about getting anything completed on time. They are all lazy and can care less about your building.

Brian C. The plumbing company, Master Plumbers, did not contact me or make repairs. Your reply is inaccurate and one-sided. Joe Senft could benefit from retraining in customer service and compassion. After a plumbing issue in my condo, I contacted the HOA.
