The worse management team...super unreliable and very disorganized! Forget about getting anything completed on time. They are all lazy and can care less about your building.

Brian C. The plumbing company, Master Plumbers, did not contact me or make repairs. Your reply is inaccurate and one-sided. Joe Senft could benefit from retraining in customer service and compassion. After a plumbing issue in my condo, I contacted the HOA. The people I talked to at Manor were very nice and helpful but there was some confusion on their part between the work order and the plumbing company. I've had positive experiences with the Manor association. They provide great service especially Peggy who was patient, attentive, and completed the work order in a timely manner!

I'm a single Asian woman, and security is my top priority. This is why I chose to live in a condo. I'm currently living at a condo which is managed by the Manor Association. I'm not happy with their services, especially their unreliable communication. For example, I received a notification that they will charge fees when the disposed cardboards were not properly broken down. Update: Probably a week after writing the Yelp review on the Manor Association, someone finally responded to our email, asked us for the receipt for the tow, and within a month was reimbursed. We really appreciate what the association did and hopefully they have come up with better policies to prevent unnecessary expenses for both residents and the association. Catherine Estrella was very helpful and professional and assisted me in obtaining HOA paperwork for a sales transaction for an HOA. It's details and customer service like such provided by her that make all the difference in the quality of a vendor's experience.

I used to live in a property managed by Manor and they do a really good job - HOA fees were correctly handled, Manor always resolved any issues I have reported in a timely manner. Joel Martins was our property manager, and he's very good with follow through, always kept the meetings on track, the e-mail communications current, and has great empathy for the residents.

Very helpful and responsive. The escrow and accounting department helped put a rush on HOA docs that saved my transaction. Katherine was wonderful through the whole process.

Our apartment building recently switched to Manor and I've had a similar incredibly negative experience to another reviewer regarding trying to obtain financial documents for a property refinancing. We started our refinancing process at the end of March. By end of May, it came time in the process that we needed HOA documents from Manor. First off, Manor requires you to PAY ABSURD FEES to request for ANY DOCUMENTS that we as homeowners have the rights to.
