My experience with The Manor Association over the past 5 years has been nothing but stellar. I've worked with Joe Benson on a number of issues with our townhome and he's is always quick to respond and assisted with every resolution including water damage to our ceiling and wall due to a damaged plumbing vent. Others on his team are equally professional and on top of things. I really don't get most of these negative reviews. The Manor Association is a great property management company. They help associations with management of properties and do an amazing job staying on top of everything.

I've been a service vendor of Manor Associates for a few years and they have great to me. I like the "get er done" attitude and their trust in me, as a valued asset. Everyone from the front desk to the property's managers are positively responsive.

We've been dealing with the folks at The Manor Association for several years in regards to our Cahill Park condo, primarily relating to repair requests and HOA docs. It's generally been a very good experience -- they are very responsive to calls, emails and scheduling of repairs. It's been really very good from our point of view.

Jolie Ho with the Escrow /Customer Service Department was outstanding. Worked with her to get HOA Certification documents during a recent re-fi! Professional and timely customer service. Thank you Jolie!!

I had a booked recreation room at 2 Port Royal Ave. managed by Manor. I went to collect the room keys from onsite staff an evening prior to the event during there office hours and unfortunately there was anyone available to give me the keys. This was clearly a mistake on their part. I wasn't sure of how to have someone get me keys for my event. It was then I chanced to get in touch Debi on their emergency line and she handled it so well. She called up me every fifteen minutes to update me while she was trying to reach out to... read more

Had some issuesin our complex which is managed by The Manor Ass. They handled my issues promptly and followed up on the result.I was very satisfied with there concern and the attention that was paid to my matters.

What can I say. I am very happy recently with the service of my property manager Janis Lee. She has been exceptional and really a life saver. I recently rented my property to tenants, and had experienced problem's with the negligence of my tenants and how they had over flooded my condo which caused damage to my unit. Janis was so helpful in all the items I needed to give to my insurance company, and was very responsive and able to provide me what I needed. Neighbor in a 28 unit complex had water bubbling from their ceiling. A board member decided to pound on another unit's front door over & over to check if they were the cause? Yelling it's an emergency! 2 hours later a plumber came out. Board member who said they knew how to turn OFF the water shut off to the bldg DID'NT shut off the water!
