The community managers that have been serving us for over a year aren’t even listed below. That’s just one indication of how disorganized and out of touch this company has been. Overwhelmed employees and constant staff turnover seem to contribute to their poor performance.

Sam provides great service and is timely in his responses. The customer ticket tracking system needs to be updated and the ticket status needs to be kept fresh. It is very difficult to review during HOA meetings and we see tickets with no completed dates that were opened over two years ago.
The staff at The Manor Association are extremely helpful. They assist our Owners Association will all aspects of maintaining a large organization.
