UPDATED previous 1 star review: Ever since they changed the property manager to Luis, the communication and service has been outstanding. Phone calls and emails are always returned. Pending issues are always follow-up and addressed. The quality of your property management experience will always come down to the individual manager. Luckily we have a good one. Thanks!

Patricia is the receptionist and the most pleasant person and just a joy to deal with! I've had both phone and in person contact and always she is friendly, knowledgeable and quick to direct me to the proper person. I give her 5 stars!
My experience with The Manor Association over the past 5 years has been nothing but stellar. I've worked with Joe Benson on a number of issues with our townhome and he's is always quick to respond and assisted with every resolution including water damage to our ceiling and wall due to a damaged plumbing vent. The Manor Association is a great property management company. They help associations with management of properties and do an amazing job staying on top of everything.
I've been a service vendor of Manor Associates for a few years and they have great to me. I like the "get er done" attitude and their trust in me, as a valued asset. Everyone from the front desk to the property's managers are positively responsive.
We've been dealing with the folks at The Manor Association for several years in regards to our Cahill Park condo, primarily relating to repair requests and HOA docs. It's generally been a very good experience -- they are very responsive to calls, emails and scheduling of repairs. It's been really very good from our point of view.

I had a booked recreation room at 2 Port Royal Ave. managed by Manor. I went to collect the room keys from onsite staff an evening prior to the event during there office hours and unfortunately there was anyone available to give me the keys. This was clearly a mistake on their part. I wasn't sure of how to have someone get me keys for my event. It was then I chanced to get in touch Debi on their emergency line and she handled it so well.
