Hello - I've never posted a comment on yelp but unfortunately this is the only way I can to hopefully try and get someone from this company to respond to me. I've lived at my home since 2008. We requested lighting upgrades for personal reasons that were approved and when the Manor Association took over in 2025 they requested us to provide proof of the approved documents submitted. Unfortunately I don't have access to them as I explained in my personal situation . I was told by the Manor Association that they would be remov... read more

Business response:

Dear Sharon, I am very sorry for the frustration. A member of our team will be reaching out to you shortly.

Does not seem to understand CC&RS. Or Davis Stirling act. Is there worse??? Yes, But not by much Really no stars. Can you give negative stars?? Minus 100 stars They could improve by knowing the CC&RS and by knowing the Davis Stirling Act

I am at my wit's end with The Manor Association. Their lack of effective communication is beyond frustrating. Now they're telling homeowners they may be charged $475 if they can't accommodate The Manor's schedule for access to my own home--with only two days' notice. It's outrageous. What about the people who travel for work, are on vacation or do not work from home? We've left two voicemails and sent two emails, and still haven't received any response. I have lived in this home for 30 years (original owner). To be thre... read more

Business response:

Dear Kathy, I am truly sorry for the frustration connected to the urgency surrounding the fire life safety inspections. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the fire department's demands and the vendor's availability to schedule the work. If there's anything we can do to assist you in providing access to your unit, please let us know. You may email me directly at brian@manorinc.com, or you can contact customer service at cs@manorinc.com.

Pickleball Court Noise Nuisance problem (Harbortown). Our HOA president converted our tennis court to Pickleball within 15-150 ft. of condos (June 2024, one yr. ago) Consultants say they should not be closer than 500 ft. from residences because of noise. No due diligence was conducted, nor duty to care, nor consulting with Pickleball Court Consultant, nor Sound Study done prior to installation. Violation of CC&R's (owners right to peaceful enjoyment of property) and City Code 7.30.100(b)(7) (yelling, screaming). Neigh... read more

We purchased our home at the Harbortown Condominiums in 1979 when the complex was new. Once a beautiful complex and well maintained, it all went downhill once the Manor Association became our property managers. Maintenance requests often ignored. If anything is repaired, it is only patched. Anytime we call for a maintenance request we our greeted by a rude untrained property manager named Nicole. She is always quick to get off the phone or shift blame to the Homeowners Association. Our complex has become in such poor conditi... read more

Business response:

Dear Robert Casey, We take every homeowner’s feedback seriously, but your review contains many misleading and inaccurate claims that require correction, both for the sake of transparency and for the benefit of those reading this post. First, your assertion that “The Manor Association receives $2.9 million annually to maintain the complex” is inaccurate. That figure represents the Harbortown Association’s total annual budget, which is governed by the Board and allocated to essential expenses such as insurance, utilities, ma... read more

Horrible-My client has been trying to get approval to remodel there condo for 3 months. Here is an e-mail I finally sent. "Manor & Associates- I have been a contractor for 35 years and a Real Estate Broker for 15 years and have never seen a process run so poorly. #1- We have a complete run around over insurance certificates with Mr. Smiths contractor. Why? Because Manor could not provide a simple Sample Insurance Cert so the contractor carrier could provide the correct cert the first time- Causing a delay. #2- You just decid... read more

I can't say enough about how helpful and supportive Lisa B. has been as our HOA manager. Recently, my car was towed by an unauthorized, predatory towing company, and Lisa jumped in immediately to help. Not only did she clarify all the details and keep me informed every step of the way, but she also took the initiative to reach out to the towing company to try and get my money back. Her responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond show how much she genuinely cares about our community. It's rare to find someone as com... read more

This company have been managing Mariners Green Association. I am so pleased with their help, support and communication. In the past I would call the other company or email and I would get zero response. With the Manor Association, I get emails and phone calls back. They helped me a few times this year, setting up my access to the pool and the last one was with the smooth process to rent out our Community Clubhouse. Lisa B. thank you so much for making our life easier. Hopefully the Community Board stay with you guys, this ch... read more
