Overall I am satisfied with customer service. The one problem is the turn over in managers and how they seem to be overworked and are unable to give HOA Board enough seaport to progress through their projects and maintenance schedules with vendors.
Great system for assembling calls from members on issues that is available each month at board meeting. Good financial management and managers knowledgable about do's and don'ts and following up on issues. Also love the Manor Night Out programs. Thanks!

Very happy with Manor. Our rep, Eileen Greathouse, has been a huge asset in our ability to oversee our Association. We have not always agreed on everything, but she has explained her reasoning, rather than having an attitude that she knew more than we do (even if that was an objective fact). I would, however, like to see Manor make recommendations on changing the level of apathy we currently experience in our Association.
