Love the casino & layout, especially the short distance from parking to casino. It would be nice to have a coverered area to park though. Most of your employees are kind & friendly. The music is TOO LOUD & AWFUL. Most of your clientele are older & would prefer something besides whatever is being played now.

It was nice to be able to play and not lose all at once! The sever was very nice and kept my drinks coming!

Nice experience. Nice atmosphere. The only negative is with the restaurant 1717. The atmosphere in there is great but the service is so slow that we haven’t been back. The servers are all nice and friendly but they seem to lack basic skills. Or they always seem like they are brand new and aren’t quite sure what to do. We really hope this gets better so we can give them a try again.

I hit a jackpot but it took a long time for a pay out no one showed up I had to get security to find somebody

The cocktail service and mainly the cocktail severs in the lit lounge is horrible the severs are very rude im a crown card holder and the severs treat people like crap i had to speak to a supervisor twice in one month about the service in lit i like playing at the queen but it get not getting any better since talking to the two supervisor so seems like no one care the queen will be losing a customer soon
