1. Score on changing the 1717 menu. Better. 2. Yesterday, I had the most fun ever in the 25 years that I’ve been living here. So much fun!!! 3. The beverage service was up to snuff lol 4. You have very polite and courteous workers. 5. I don’t like long lines at the cages with only one person working. 6. All in all, I just love going to the Queen. I also liked it when that was the Hollywood.

Everything turned out great . Had a problem at breakfast but it was taken care of. We really appreciate the fast response when we let the Food manager and the Hotel Manager know our concerns and everything was taken care of. We love how friendly everyone is and made our stay very enjoyable. We will come to Balleys before we would stay in Lake Charles Casinos. Thank Y’all.
Please do what I asked before- more bonuses- Thanks for great servers and receptionists. I’m in the process of stopping my business here it is truly ridiculous. We have too many family members that come here and we are all losers.

it was ok but we spend to much money to get such little free play and have to earn to many points or bucks to get a gift when you spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars and can't get a complimentary gift

Limited eating choices, the facility is too close to the golf to not provide boiled seafood, especially on the weekends Clean, friendly, beautiful surroundings Cocktail drink services a bit slow, individuals, servant, cocktails in playing area should announce themselves when making rounds otherwise they see non-visible been to multiple casinos and routinely. The service announced them themselves by saying” cocktails”.

Recently, I had a woman asked me for food money. The next week I had a Spanish-speaking man asked me for $20 after he watched me play and hit a jackpot. I know y’all have security so please stop this from happening or I’m not coming back.

The Queen Casino Baton Rouge Louisiana is gone to for the Hell You can't get any pay back are Jack Pots like talking about ppl are going out of town to other Casino's I don't know what's going on but, if they wanna keep their doors open they need to loosen up those Machines (per) Visitors complaining about how they're getting ripped off
